I also had a terrible experience. The manager, who said his name is Moe, told my wife her grandparents can be added to my plan for a start up fee of $ 80 and every month after the first, their bill would be $ 20 a month. On their first bill they were charged $ 272. I was at the Montgomeryville Mall at the time I received the bill via text and I brought the bill to that mall’s verizon store. The manager at the Montgomeryville store said the Neshaminy manager input the wrong information and had made a mistake. I called the Neshaminy manager, Moe, and he did not admit his mistake, he was very rude yelling at me over the phone and he kept saying hell and calling me man. It is a disgrace that someone would talk to a customer like that and it makes me want to leave Verizon and pay the extra fees to be released from my current plan.

I’ve been in here twice and both times had horrible service. The first time I wasn’t helped at all. They basically told me my issue wasn’t important. The second time made me even more upset. The sales guy we were dealing with lied to us about an upgrade my fiancée had. He told us he was not eligible when he was. Without knowing he was eligible I asked the sales guy how to go about fixing the problem my fiancée was having with service. He told us after a long period of silence there was nothing he could do we’d have to call customer support. We did and customer support said the guy could have fixed everything in store. I will not be back to this location. The location manager should really reconsider his staff or train them in customer service!
