This guy is great! Real professional! My Hargdrive in laptop completely died, he put another one and could transfer info(I’m a photographer and all my works were on laptop) to the new hard drive and brought the laptop to my place! Highly recommended!

Disaster! My laptop crashed at 6pm on Saturday night and I had a presentation to give Monday morning. The laptop would not start up. I called HP customer service and they told me that according to the symptoms, I lost all of my data and that there was a good chance I would have to reformat the entire computer. which means of all my work, files photos, ect would be lost ! Ahhhh… I drove over to the store and called the emergency phone # listed in the window of the store. The Guy Answered right away, and offered to come to my house to pick up the laptop so he could see what he could do to help me out. The next morning he called me and confirmed that the laptop would require a new hard drive and that he could attempt to recover the files on the old hard drive. Success!!! They recovered all of my work, wedding photos, word docs, ect,(my life essentially), repaired my laptop and delivered it back to my house by 6:30pm the following day! — Mothers Day! wow… and all in time for me to open and finish the presentation i worked weeks on so i could give on Monday morning! My Computer went crazy on me i went in a panic one of my friends refered me to this shop and this guy kenny just really knew it all. He saved all my data and fixed my computer in no time i will go back to this shop for it all. FYI geek squad was literally charging me an absurd amount for the work this place did. Two thumbs up!!!

This is a review for May 2012 service. I took my desktop to Atop because it was running slow. It turned out I had virus on my computer and Kenny(I think he’s the owner) got it fixed the next day for $ 85. I had a similar problem last year and took it to Best Buy, they charged me $ 250 and another $ 50 for virus detection software that obviously didn’t work. They don’t open on Sunday, but I asked Kenny if I could stop by to pick up my computer after church and he was cool about it. Just a side note, the shop is a little bit messy, but I guess it is because they are really busy.
