My boyfriend and I just purchased our first pistols and wanted to make sure we learn how to operate them safely and effectively. I came across Training and Advisory Services, LLC while searching the internet for pistol classes. I chose them because I liked the instructors’ backgrounds and the reviews seemed great. And I am so glad I did! We opted for taking few private «2 on 1» classes with Graham and we have been extremely pleased so far. He is very knowledgeable and focuses on safety and real-​life skills, which are the two most important aspects of pistol training for me. Despite being an expert and having extensive experience with firearms training, Graham is very approachable and pleasant to be around. And as a bonus, his classes are fun! Planning on taking his Advanced Pistol class soon. Even though I know I still have LOTS to learn, my comfort level and confidence around my gun has greatly improved. Looking forward to more classes. I have taken several classes with Training and Advisory Services (including Basic Pistol, Advanced Pistol, Precision Rifle, and Urban (AR-​15) Rifle) and have come away increasingly impressed with every class. Graham, the instructor, is highly knowledgeable and has the most qualified background for self-​defense firearms that I have come across. That being said, he is still extremely approachable and his chief goal is having students come away from a class with the ability to manipulate a firearm proficiently and safely. Even shooters that consider themselves «advanced» will learn something new in the classes Graham teaches.

I have just completed my second class with Graham. I previously had no experience with firing a gun and Graham taught me how to use a gun safely — which is extremely important to me because I have small children at home. I am now comfortable shooting and no longer intimidated to use a handgun. The classes were extremely informative and I enjoyed both of them — I am looking forward to taking more! Thank you Graham for teaching me how and when to shoot! It has become my new favorite pastime and now I even go out to the range and shoot with my husband on weekends.
