I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I was recently in a four-​way car accident on the highway that involved the police, ambulances, fire trucks, multiple statements, and injuries. I honestly must have contacted Pouria more than 20 times in dealing with the mess and each time him or his staff got back to me within minutes, at most by the end of the day if they needed to look something up. They were absolutely on top of my case, helping me with whatever next came up. Here are some examples of how they helped:
— Set everything up for the repair center so the only thing I needed to do was drop it off
— Headed up in dealing with the other car insurances and only brought me on as needed. When I was needed, they walked me through everything.
— Gave me complete instructions on how to go to the CHP to give additional statements
— Any time I had questions /​concerns, such as trying to figure out deductibles, they responded immediately and clearly
It’s hard to convey by writing how phenomenal of support they give you, but maybe I can prove it to you by telling you that I am now a life-​long client of his.

Pouria is the man. He is very personable and really looks out for his clients. He has always gone above and beyond to meet my family’s insurance needs.
