NWP Heating and Air

When I first purchased my current residence in 2012, I contacted NWP to come out and do maintenance service on my HVAC system which was 16 years old. They also installed a new solar attic fan. I was so impressed with their work back then, that when the heater quit working this past weekend, I immediately called NWP at 4:00pm on a Saturday afternoon to see what could be done. At first the customer service rep said they could not get anyone to come out until first thing Monday. That seemed reasonable to me, but when I mentioned we would have no heat, the gentleman said he would see what he could do. Well to my surprise and delight, they were able to send out a rep that night. The rep happened to be Jonathan who serviced my system back in 2012. He is very knowledgeable and most of all courteous.
Jonathan was able to get the heater working again but the heater would need a new electronic board which is expensive. When I asked him straight about the system was beyond it lifespan he said yes since the system was 20 years old. I decided to go ahead and replace the heater and ac unit based upon his recommendation. They scheduled the installation for first thing on Monday. They showed up on time, Jonathan and Cesar Jr did an excellent job with the installation and kept me informed of every step. They cleaned up everything and hauled away all of the old equipment. Even the owner of the company Cesar Sr came out to check on the work and explain everything to me. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have a HVAC system without any hesitation whatsoever. Jonathan without a doubt is one of the best HVAC repair person’s I have ever dealt with, His above reproach demeanor is a credit to his company and the main reason I called them back after almost 4 years.

I requested several bids for a complete heating/​air conditioning replacement in my 1975 built home and was impressed by the quality of several businesses that responded. O those, I selected NWP because they gave me many fully explained options to select from, were very price competitive, fully explained the process requiring building permits and the reasoning behind such, clearly stated the differences in heating and air conditioning sizing as well as efficiency ratings of the equipment, provided details of insulation R numbering and recommended ratings to be used. The project was started two days after I signed the contract and was completed in two full work days. Upon completion, they sent an independent business to test all duct pressures insuring minimum leakage and to complete the necessary forms for the building permit. They also verified that the appropriate smoke detectors and carbon monoxide sensor were installed, all covered in the original estimate. This project was completed several weeks ago and I found that I now was living in a well insulated, heated and air conditioned home. I rarely am aware of the devices operating (very quiet) and have never heard the attic fan that was also part of the contract.

We used NWP to add an electronic filter and replace the ducts in our house right after we moved in last year. The ducts were full of dog hair from the previous owner and our daughter has allergies and asthma. They were very professional and efficient. They also contacted us to schedule our free yearly service. We used Moore Mechanical in our last house to replace a furnace and no such service. In fact they had not done work to code (we found out after adding A/​C from other contractor). I would highly recommend NWP!
