I wish I could make this a zero star review. Purchased overpriced jeans, two pair on Sunday, different brands and was in a rush so I only tried one pair on. Girl assured me it was no problem if the other pair didn’t fit. Brought back one pair the NEXT DAY, tags still on the jeans and sure, there was «no problem» for them, they keep my money and are «happy» to give me store credit. TAGS STILL ON THE JEANS, BOUGHT THEM YESTERDAY. HELLO!?! Well, they didn’t have another brand that FIT me, so ya, that’s a problem for ME, the CUSTOMER. I was only so so on the brand that did, so why would I want two pair of them?
To top that, the little girls that work here are snobbish and make it clear they couldn’t care less about your satisfaction. I won’t shop here again. Ever. I’ve made it clear to my wife and daughter, they will NEVER shop here. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER shop here. Look forward to seeing this space up for lease. Reap it.

I love this boutique. Fashion is a blend of urban chic and skater.
Right in the Old Mill district which offers ample parking and endless scenery.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have recently started shopping at Vanilla. Every time I’m in Bend, I make sure to stop in – I usually leave with something I just had to have. The employees are always cheerful and helpful. A great shopping experience!

Stopped in today before dinner for the first time and I was impressed at how cute the clothes and shoes were. They had pretty spendy pieces, and well priced pieces also. Mostly, everything I looked at (dresses) were sizes small and medium. Not sure if the Larges sell out quick, or if XL is available, but I hope the store reads the reviews here and sees what would be helpful to their customers. Even though I walked out without buying anything today because of the lack of size Large or XL, I will definately be back because I admired a bikini on the rack by Volcam that my husband and I instantly loved but the top was only in a small, and the bottom a M. The woman who helped me wrote down the brand/​style in hopes I could find it online since she wouldn’t be getting more in. Tonight I bought the bikini thanks to here help on a website I found. Given my big bust and big hips and butt, I’m going to have to try my luck at finding those sizes Large/​XL next time I’m in. I’ll keep trying :-)

Totally rad spot, owned and operated by a totally rad and awesome lady. The staff has always been very friendly to me upon each visit. The clothing selection is great for both men and women, although certainly catering towards a younger demographic. Their prices are completely reasonable and just what you’d expect with this kind of clothing spot. Hmm… writing this review just makes me want to head down there soon and check out new digs (as it’s been a while since I’ve been here — not since their new remodel). Definitely worth checking it out, if you haven’t done so, yet. High-​five!

Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Deceiving return policy.
Most recently, let us know that that sales items could be returned for ‘store credit.’ When we actually tried to make a return, it was suggested that we were liars, that «they would of never said that.» There are other places to shop in town, try those!

I have been shopping at Vanilla (inconsistantly) for 4 years, mostly because of the prices (the economy totally sucks). In the past, they have had some decent items like a jacket that I may have picked up here and there.
Upon my last visit, I was blown away! They really have expanded the men’s selection and have presented a more urban vibe. I have been digging their Kasil jeans which are durable, moderately affordable and just freaking sweet.
Check Vanilla out, they have the latest and greatest in fashion.

This place rocks. The clothes here are trendy, but not over the top. Prices are comparable to other stores that carry brands such as Ella Moss and Splendid. However, they also carry some cool brands I have never heard of that have proven to be of good quality. Great place to find a dress for a wedding or event (in what appears to the land of little choices in Bend).

Coolest. Shop. Ever.
The owner is a professional bike racer and she started this store as her Plan B. Mix of styles to please both the sporty girl or guy and fashionista. I’m probably not cool enough to shop here, but I can’t help myself. It is just pure retail heaven.
