Horrible service at this store. The representative that I dealt with was very unprofessional and seems to have an attitude about anything and everything that was going on. He also quoted me on prices that he did not deliver on. I even ran my credit and signed up for with them, to include getting new phones but ended up not going through because I was going to be paying at $ 30 more a month than he had said. Worst experience with any phone carrier ever and I will never go back to this store!

Last week I went into sprint to ask a few questions in regards to joining their network. I have the pleasure of being graced with Curtis C’s presence, or thats how he expressed himself. He preceded to talk down to me, roll his eyes at my ‘ignorance’ in phone technology, and was overall extremely difficult to be around. I will NEVER go back to this store, nor join this network specifically due to his behavior and attitude.
I ended up going with Verizon through Costco-​had an amazing experience there with truly knowledgeable, kind staff.

I had a good experience at this Sprint store in Bend. The store is clean & well organized and the employees at this store were very knowledgeable and helpful with the products. While searching, I found that this store is the only Sprint corporate store in Bend… so I decided it was my best option. All of my service options were explained thoroughly and my questions regarding my phone, wireless speakers, bluetooth headsets, etc. were answered with expertise. I’m glad I chose to shop here! :)
