I bought a refurbished laptop from Joe to use at my business, Vitality Cleanse Center. Joe was patient and instrumental in helping me decide on the best laptop for my use. Just recently when this laptop had a hard drive issue, Joe took care of me, although I was outside my warranty period. I have found him to be very knowledgeable, genuine and friendly. I highly recommend his services.

I brought my computer in because it slowed down a lot. Joe was refreshingly helpful. He was down to earth and politely explained some of the «harmless» things I do, like click on videos on Facebook, that could lead to trouble. He promptly serviced my computer and returned it to me in much better condition than I brought it. It was much faster. Joe is friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to listen to my concerns and help me address them. I’ve recommended Quickstart to family and friends.

I have purchased 3 computers from Joe at Quickstart Computers. I have also purchased batteries for my laptops, hard drives for my desktops and back up devices for my data. Joe, at Quickstart, is always helpful. Yesterday he helped set up a computer to be passed on to a teacher at an orphanage in Uganda. The teacher is in the US right now and was more than elated at receiving a computer for the first time. It turns out Joe first met the teacher in 2002, in Uganda. The ragged orphan, rescued from the rebels, photographed by Joe, became a teacher of other orphans. A full circle story with Joe connected. Dale
