Horrible, horrible, horrible I arrived to meet my family that arrived 5 min earlier and they couldn’t find them to seat me with them even though specific directions were giving. Your front end counter support is as bad as it gets it took three people to come up with the shoulder shrug answer… Totally a wast e of my money two thumbs way down. Oh my goodness the food tasted so bad I had to send it back to kitchen… What a waste of time and money.

Olive Garden has always been one of my favorite places to eat so while vacationing in Bend we decided to take the family here for our anniversary dinner. We had to wait 35 min and when we went back to our table I noticed a lot of empty tables with just dirty dishes on them. We ordered the kids meals first which came out in a reasonable time except they got all 3 kids side orders wrong and one kids main entrée wrong. They then replaced the side orders but combined the side order(French fries) into two plates for 3 kids – I had to ask for a 3rd so each child would have their own. I had soup and salad which was good. My boyfriend ordered an $ 18 pasta dish that was almost as small as the kids orders! He left starving. We also weren’t offered refills on salad or my soup until we finally requested it. When we got the bill they charged us for replacing my sons wrong entrée! Very disappointed and we won’t be back

My family and I love the Olive Garden! Food is very consistent, service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is always great! We go there about once a month and have a great time.

Ordered takeout online. The process was pretty easy. You pick your food pick up time then order and pay online or in person. Dinner for three adults and we all loved it. The food was delicious. Plenty of it. Even enough to have a good lunch tomorrow. We will order online and takeout again!!!

Amazing food and service was incredible service. I have had a few bad experiences their recently and gave it a break. I am so glad i went back. There were so many more menu options. There is also a tablet on the table that allows you to order your drinks and appetizers right when you sit down. As well as play games and even pay! I absolutely love this new experience.

I love this location! Servers at Olive Garden go above and beyond all the time and are typically treated horribly by the people who come here. I overhear complaints of, «why you can’t share a buffet style salad or soup, or why it doesn’t come out as soon as you sit down.» What buffet can you go to and share anything? No where, so for you to say you will just share your endless salad or soup is ridiculous. Then there’s the can I box this up, once again on a buffet style item like the soup salad and breadsticks, what makes you think that’s okay? In an attempt to be as nice as is humanly possible about it though we box it up. Let me tell you 2 things about restaurants, 1st of all we remember you. I’m not stupid, I didn’t forget how you had me running around ragged getting you and your kids things then knowingly tipped me a dismal 10 percent. Then you come back a week later like I don’t remember that you tipped horribly and we’re rude the last time you were in. I get it, I’ve been there, serving is extremely difficult at times, and you guys are awesome. Just thought I would let you guys know that some of us Bend customers get it. Keep it up!

Wait staff was excellant. No complaints there. The salad was frwsh and wonderful as usual. had the soup with gnocchi. No flavor at all. Switched to the minestrone and again, flavorless. Rich had the Flatbread with chicken and it was good.

Excellent service ALWAYS. My significant other and I go here often for the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks(perfect for those rainy nights). The servers are always accommodating, and on top of their game. Our waters never go empty and we are served plenty of refills on our meal. Love love love it here.

Let me tell you a story about the last time I ventured into The OG… Actually, this is a story about their inefficient online ToGo system. My wife and I received an OG Gift Card from a family member as a present for the birth of our new baby daughter. We selected our food from the online menu; my wife chose soup and salad and myself the Braised Beef with Torteloni. We placed the order at 6:30. We were told a pick up time of 7:30… We paid online as well I walk in the restaurant at 7:32 to pick up the food. I spoke to the young hostess who made a radio call that I was here to pick up food. She said«she» will be right up with my order. I take a seat. I wait for a little more than 10 minutes before«she» makes it up to the front desk. As I’m sitting there I take notice that a large To Go bag has been sitting at the desk the whole time… I’m curious if it is my food… Sure enough it is. So «she» makes it up to the desk and tells me a trick we can use in the future to save a little money. Great. I’m hungry and my wife, who is breastfeeding, I know is hungry. I forgot what she said but she left the food sitting on the desk. I asked the hostess if I was good to go. The hostess says«I think she’s getting your receipt» «okay» I wait a couple more minutes and she doesn’t return… That’s it, I’m hungry and I don’t need a receipt to eat food, so I grab the bag and tell the hostess thank you but I don’t need/want the receipt. I head home. I get home and tell my wife about the silly system they have there where food is good-and-ready to go but a special person has to come out to present the order to the customer and then they disappear without clearly stating I’m ready to go. So we pull the food out and quickly realize my wife’s soup is missing from the bag… What? So an hour is needed to prep and serve food, they can have it look like it’s all ready for pick up at the desk, but then they forget to, or don’t put soup in with the order… Man, something’s got it get straightened out. I offered to go back and pick up the soup but my wife said no, she was too hungry to wait. So there’s that… The food, I thought, was quite good. My wife wasn’t all that impressed. The salad was pretty run-of-the-mill and she added some more tomato and cheese to give it some oomph. She noted the odd addition of only 2 olives in this giant, frankly, boring salad, but we get it… it’s the OLIVE garden. She also ordered a chocolate cake. She thought it was a bit flavorless… I have to disagree. I thought it was good. My entrée, the Braised Beef and Torteloni, was very good. I enjoyed it quite a bit but I felt bad that my wife was left hanging. Why would my hot entrée be in the bag, but not soup? I don’t know if there was a good reason for this or if it was just an error… So in conclusion and in retrospect it seems they don’t trust young people with money and they don’t communicate with these young people at the front desk about the process of how the customer engages with the restaurant when they pick up their food. I assume the lady who came out to present me the food left to retrieve the soup and get me a receipt… Honestly, she might have told me she was going to do so but I was hungry and it was a long day and my wife didn’t tell me what she had ordered prior to leaving the house… so, bad on me, but the young lady didn’t know either. Also why does someone form the back need to come present food that is sitting right there? A little training, trust and accountability of the staff is all that is needed in order to make this system a lot more streamlined. I mean the only thing I saw this girl doing while I was up there was straightening up some menus. greeting a few customers who came in, saying good night to some others leaving and talking with her friend who was also hosting… Seems like plenty of staff and time to help a customer waiting for their order, yes? One star for the To Go system. An extra star for my food.

This is my 9 year old son’s review of his experience. This is the perfect road trip restaurant. The bread sticks were fresh, hot, heavily salted. I ordered the Italian equivalent of mac and cheese. It was delicious. The best ever. The service was excellent. His traveling companion had a slightly different experience, but hey, don’t you fondly remember your first road trip meal at a chain restaurant?

Staff always friendly, food is usually consistent. Some menu items are a little pricey for a «big chain restaurant» but you can’t really go wrong with the soup, salad and bread sticks deal for lunch.

We eat here a lot since it is near our home. It tastes great, service is always top notch, and we love the atmosphere. The To-Go is the best though! I love getting the large servings and not having to be near other people in the restaurant.

Hey it’s Olive Garden. This place is great for large parties. We didn’t have to wait at all. The food was good and they have something for everyone.

I almost always have a good meal here. The staff is usually friendly and the food is consistent. This is where we go with big family in town or after an event and we need a bigger table. Never disappointed, just never blown away. The waitstaff are good, but have had a few that reek of cigarette smoke. Not appetizing! The downside is that it’s loud. I don’t know how(and I have children so I’m not anti-baby) but we are almost always sat next to a screaming baby or toddler. I have begun requesting to be reseated when I realize I’m surrounded by babies.

Obviously great starter salad and breadsticks. Meals are good and a great selection of wines. Servers are generally very friendly too.

Only three stars this time around. The pasta tasted like it came out of a chef boyardee can. Bummer. Was hoping for some good meatballs and spaghetti at a «somewhat» Italian joint. Recommendation — stick with the soup, salad, and breadsticks. The service is what knocked this place up three stars. Otherwise it would be a ½ star. Even better service than the last time. Thanks Michael!

Mmmmmm. does anyone remember the«when your here your family» motto and the bread came in teal bread baskets and cloth napkins? Well, even though those days are long gone.. the food is still yummy and totally worth it. Normally I go for the classic lasagna, though it’s the tour of Italy tonight. Delicious. Also, conversation of those intoxicated behind me is AWESOME

Food is always average so can’t really go wrong. The bread sticks and salad are always the best. Service is a gamble you never know how it will be but on average it’s ok. This location is always clean. I give it three stars because it doesn’t put me over the top it’s just average as I said before.
