I brought in two pairs of shoes that I had used while working as a bank teller/​asst. manager for several years. The stitching was unraveling in the same place on the right shoe only of both pairs. Even though I am now retired I really loved these shoes. They are so comfortable for walking and standing and they are not bad looking either.
I was quoted a price and sent on my way. Less than two weeks later I went to pick up my shoes. Excellent! I can see the repair because I know where the problem was but I doubt that anyone else could. I am ecstatic! Worth every penny.
Thank you so much for doing such a great job. I would recommend your shop to anyone. Judging by the completed items lining the walls Give ‘Em The Boot has a lot of happy customers.

This is a great boot repair shop. The owner is super nice and great at what he does. I brought in work boots that had the stitching coming apart. He got them triple-​stitched back up and even oiled them for me for just $ 18. Don’t put too much stock in the one negative review. There are a couple reviews that got filtered out into the «not currently recommended» category too… Those are also 5 star reviews.
I will definitely be coming here again since I am pretty tough on my boots.
Just be sure to bring CASH. I had to run to Rite Aid across the street for an ATM.

Brought 2 pair of running shoes in to be altered and he completed the difficult job with a quick turn around and reasonable price.

My husband needs a custome lift on every right shoe he wears. We started coming to Give ‘Em the Boot when we moved to Bend about 1 ½ years ago; since that time we have had about 5 pairs lifted. Including a bowling shoe and a very tricky sandal!
All the work as been top-​notch and service is great.
