She is amazing and so knowledgeable! I came in with an ill-​pierced nose ring and Jaymi the owner was amazing! The whole staff is awesome!

Love the artist’s, and the vibe of this shop. Always clean, super friendly staff. Busy enough you can’t just walk in.

Dragonfly is my favorite place in central Oregon to get piercings. They are always clean, professional, and friendly whenever I go in. The pricing is also very reasonable! I prefer dragonfly to star fire because of how friendly they are at dragonfly! I always feel welcome there and they answer any questions you may have and walk you through what they are/​will be doing. I would highly recommend coming here. One of my piercings of several I have got there was my tongue and it was nearly painless!!! I had gotten it done before and it was very painful and I was really nervous, but they did such a great job and it was done properly and barely any pain and it looks great :)

I love this shop and Tim! Talented, honest, professional and loves what he does. As a business owner myself I know how much it takes to run a successful business and Tim and his wife put their heart and soul into Dragonfly and it shows! If you are on the fence about booking, go in and visit and you will see what I mean.

I walked in here with my sister to get my first tattoo; a very simple and small anchor on my ankle. The first thing we noticed was that the place reeked of weed, but my sister convinced me to book an appointment. I came back the next day and Annie had sketched the tattoo. I had given her a print from the internet but she chose to draw it and her drawing was bigger on one side than the other, the hooks were completely uneven, and the tattoo just looked different on both sides. I kindly asked her to fix up the sketch. When I got the actual tattoo I pointed out to her that the hooks were still uneven and to please fix it, she refused stating that it was just the angle of my foot. I believed her since she is supposed to be the tattoo expert. She encouraged me to come back if there were any problems. I got home and it became clear that it was not the angle and the tattoo was just uneven and badly done.
I went back and she would not touch it up or give me any money back.
Please do not make the same mistake I did. Research a good shop.

I’ve got a tattoos there. In Bend, I would recommend them as one of the best. Bend’s actually got some great artist spread around here and there. Dragonfly’s owner is right up there with them.

I called Tim at Dragonfly wanting information on piercings. He returned my call pronto and was very polite and helpful. Later that day I walked in (no appointment needed for a piercing) and was greeted by Annie. She has a contagious smile and warm personality that made me feel at ease. She talked me through step by step including what to expect, how to care for my new stud, and said to call if I had any questions. I felt almost no pain and she was finished within a few minutes.
Dragonfly is a tattoo and piercing studio, but I am just reviewing the piercing I got there. I have yet to get a tattoo there, but I will be back for more services :)
