Sucks when you get a chip in the new car windshield. Sucks a lot less when Chip Medic pulls up!
We were staying at the Crown Villa RV Resort and Randy came to us – within an hour of our call. Auto insurance (Progressive) knew him, had the necessary info on file, and gave us all the claims info we needed over the phone. They waived our deductible, and assured me that our rates WON’T increase.
