I’m a pretty tough customer when it comes to spending a chunk ‘o change on a thing. A house, in particular. The team and staff that I worked with did an outstanding job to help me secure a perfect property even though it took me 12 months and hundreds of showings before I signed on the dotted line. They fielded many daily calls and emails from me, worked diligently to track down property records that I insisted on inspecting with my own two eyes, and arranged countless whirlwind tours of homes that I had specially chosen to view — sometimes a dozen in a day, with several back-​to-​back days. They seriously went above and beyond and I was grateful to have such a diligent team on the scene. In particular, Kathleen O. — she really jumped through some hoops on this one and I am eternally grateful for all her extended efforts.

We could not be more disappointed with our experience using High Desert Realty and Will Florence. Our house closed Jan 12 and we completely moved in March 13^th. In all that time we did not hear from our agent– no welcome to your new home card, no gift, no visit, no contact at all. He didn’t help us with hiring labor to move in, or come check on us. Everyone we have met since moving in says that is very strange for Bend. All of our new friend rave about their real estate agents and how generous and kind they were. We, unfortunately, can not say the same.
