Being a small business owner in the cleaning world here in Central Oregon, i’ve had the opportunity to work with a few carpet cleaners. Some no-show’d. Others lacked attention to detail, and then there’s the ones that are just a waste of time. Save yourself the trouble. Call Kevin first. He and his crew are professional, courteous, know what they are doing, and most importantly, show up when they say they are going to show up.
I can’t say enough about the Team @ Bend Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning. They are my go to guys for all my carpet and air duct cleaning needs!

Hired them to do a pet urine inspection. $ 75 dollars and 10 minutes later he was done and asked for cash and promised to prepare a written report. He didn’t have change but returned a few weeks later with change again promising to prepare the report.
It’s been a couple of months and they never produced a receipt or report and now I don’t need it as the tenant has moved.

I’ve known Kevin for 12 years and used his services for 10 years. I highly recommend Bend Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning. Kevin West’s business is very dependable and reasonably priced. He carefully explains his services and price with No hidden, unexpected expenses. He is meticulous with your carpet with incredible results. His duct cleaning service helps me save money on my energy bills. Again, he is reliable and meticulous. I highly recommend Bend Carpet and Duct Cleaning and will use them again.

I had never had my air ducts cleaned before and Kevin came out and did a fantastic job. I liked the fact that he was very informative with the process and showing me the results. After seeing that– I knew I got my money’s worth and truly had no idea how bad it could get. I am happy to not be breathing in that filth any longer.
