Now with 2 locations people won’t have to worry about what the last review knocked it on. The meat heads. I might even be thrown into that category but the thing most of those guys are nice and willing to help if you need it. The gym on Twin Knolls is spacious and has everything you are looking for. Like any popular gym it will get crowded around 5 to 7pm. The people who work there are really personable. The second location is on 2nd… I think. It’s behind the Wendy’s off 97. I was the old Nationals if I’m not mistaken. OPEN24HOURS! A lot of work has been done to it and it has come out really nice. The new weights, plates, dumbbells and other equipment is a nice addition. I like this location because it has a basketball court, racquet ball courts, sauna and a hot tub. It is never too crowded and not once have I had to wait for anything to open up. This is the place to go in my opinion. They have all the right stuff and it feels like your own personal gym later in the evening. I recommend Aspire to everyone who is looking for a good gym.

A gym is a gym is a gym(unless it’s too crowded…) Well, this joint is rarely too crowded, which is nice. That being said, it is a HUGE meat head gym. So, if you have a problem putting your head down and just getting to your workout, this might not be the place for you. But if you can ignore your surroundings, you’ll be good to go. Oh, and they’ve got child care, which, for those with kids, is a plus.
