You Pay For What You Get… which is not much at Clover on the Ridge. The walls are paper thin at this apartment complex. I hear things that I would prefer not to hear from my neighbor’s apartments, from crying babies, to sex, to walking. My electricity has been out for days, and yes I paid the bill. Dog poop, cigarette butts, boxes, all kinds of trash adorn the grounds at this place. Maintenance is slow and when they do arrive, the problems are not resolved. I have to call again. I recommend that they tear these down and start all over with better construction.

Great place to call home. Management is awesome, clean, friendly, quite, Assigned parking, fair price. Lived here for over 2 years over I’m very satisfied
