Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner

Looked great when they left but after it dried the spots were still there. Also, I agreed to up charge to put down protection. Now I have protection on top of stains.

I am extremely disappointed in the job Stanley Steemer did on my carpet. The carpet had only one area where there was serious discoloring. The first thing the employees said was that they could not guarantee they could get it out. Not that they would do their best to remove it. After 30 minutes, they were done «cleaning» my small 4-​bedroom home. The spot was still there albeit lighter. Again the employee emphasized it could not be removed. He demonstrated by running the hose over it again. That was the extent of the effort he made. I truly regret calling this company and could never recommend them to anyone. I called three days later to speak to the manager. It has been two business days, and I have not heard from him.

I love Stanley Steemer. They were on time and they cleaned my carpets to a showroom perfection! I have a big dog so it is a lot of work to keep my carpets cleaned. Thanks for the professional service that I received.

This was my 3^rd time using Stanley Steemer to get my carpet cleaned and I was not disappointed at all. Stanley Steemer does a great job! The technicians are well educated on their product. They give you the service you need without trying to oversell additional services. I thought I needed my airducts cleaned, but they assured me I did not. They came in and showed me parts of my furnace that I knew nothing about and how to tell when I needed to get my air ducts cleaned. They also showed me that I had been putting in my filters incorrectly without making me feel stupid. That type of honesty wins my trust and loyalty. The carpet turned out beautifully, its soft, looks like new, and dried quickly. Most people don’t know this, but you can actually request technicians, if available, I will be getting William and Sean from the Beltsville office to come back out next Spring. I always feel comfortable with their technicians in my home and I look forward to them coming out again to make my Spring cleaning a whole lot easier!
