Terrible. I went in for an overlay and pedicure on 8÷29÷15. My feet were done OK. I did not catch the name of the tech. Mid-way thru the pedicure my nails got worked on. The technician that did my nails Kathy Vo(she sits in the front) did a sloppy job. I had a acrylic all over my hands she did not clean the edges of my nails like I asked her. The overlay is already chipping which means that I will more than likely have to get them redone by this coming weekend. The place could also use a good cleaning. I’m thinking if I hadn’t told her that I like to see the tub cleaned prior to getting in in would not have been done. Although she assured me it was clean I as the customer have the right for it to be cleaned in my presence.

The quality of care for my nails was non-existent. The nail tech who assisted me was impatient and rushed the process of soaking off my old gel manicure. One of my nails had acrylic, which I told her, she popped the acrylic off and took off layers of my nail. She was also very tough when filing my nails and dismissive of my concerns. At the end, no hand massage not lotion. Just oil on my cuticles. My hands were left feeling very dry… never again!

I like my pedicure, although my feet aren’t as velvety smooth as they have been before. My biggest gripe with this place is the cleanliness, or lack thereof. I didn’t see any of the technicians disinfect the foot spas. The spas themselves look dingy and old. I also noted that they reused plastic spoons just by rinsing it off. My tech was nice and funny, but… eh

I get my hair cut and dyed here every few months by the owner. She does a fantastic job on my layers(I have slightly wavy hair) and she will make extra cuts if I am not completely happy with the hair cut. I have had manicures and pedicures in Beltsville for the last eight years and this place is pretty average for the area. Yes, sometimes the massage chairs don’t work but that happens in all of the places occasionally.

Possibly the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten and i’m not picky about manicures. The lady didn’t put any cuticle softener and didn’t push my cuticles back she just went in straight with the cuticle clippers. My nails were so unevenly filed and definitely the worst shape. The nail polish was all over my cuticles and very uneven as well. The pedicure was ok however the water made my ankles itch and it didnt seem like they cleaned the pedicure tubs well because I could see stray hair in the tub and on the pedicure chairs from previous customers. First horrible experience — definitely never going back!

Nice place. I’ve been to several salons in the area and been dissatisfied with the quality of both the product and/or the service. I’m pleased with the work they do and how long my nails stay nice. I went to another place and every time I turned around, it seemed, I was breaking a nail. I haven’t had that happen since I started using this salon. I will definitely continue going back. Update As another reviewer said, the women do talk back and forth in their native tongue, but I don’t find it offensive. It would feel a little weird if they were totally silent. I have only had to wait once and that was because I went at 4pm on a Saturday. Silly me. They do have three pedis and the two upscale ones are a little out of my price range. All I want from a pedi is: cut my nails, deal with the cuticles, and put polish on them. The regular pedi gives me that, a minimal amount of leg and foot massage, and a quick callus scrub. It’s all I need. There is one thing I would like though. My toes curl toward my big toe and the littlest two run up under the next larger ones. I wish they would put something in between my toes to keep them apart while the polish is drying.

This is one of two places that I trust to touch anything on my body. I go there for my pedicures and eyebrows all the time. The ladies are friendly and do a wonderful job, I always leave pleased. My only problem with them is there are only 3 – 4 ladies that work here and mostly only 2 are there at a time, so a lot of times you have to wait until they finish up the person in front of you and depending on what they are getting done you can wait up to an hour. I have! Treat yourself and try the Spa Pedicure from time to time, it’s heaven!

This is my new jam. I have had a manicure, 2 pedicures, and an eyebrow wax here, and each service has pleased me to a tee. There are 3 different pedicures available(I’ve tested them all), and my feet look beautiful after each visit. The staff is friendly and it’s generally a very chill environment, which I enjoy. And you can add tip on your debit card, which is a nice convenience(although I understand why some places only accept cash tips).

Whoa. I know nail salons are a dime a dozen around here, but this place was BAD. Not clean inside. Old, very worn and uncomfortable chairs for pedicure — when have you ever gotten up from your pedicure with a backache? I did! Maybe because I sat for 45 minutes waiting for the pedicure to begin? Pedicure itself was ho-hum. The most minimal foot and leg massage I have ever received, and worse — one week later, pedicure chipping. Too much chatter in their native tongue for my taste as well. That ranks up there for me with folks chatting on cell phones while they are working on my nails. NOT a relaxing experience. Inexpensive, but took way too long. Wish I could say something better, because it is right next to my favorite Phở place, and would be a convenient place to get nails done.

This is my favorite place to go to get my nails done. Nancy does my nails every time and they are more impressive designs every time! I have been going here for 6 years and I won’t go anywhere else!!!
