Sooo… I should have gotten a hint when my chair was bumped into… repeatedly. Yet, I hung in. Five minutes later, I had a Long Island down my legs. Sigh. The redeeming parts of the evening were the wonderful bartenders and good food. Let’s keep the party going!!!

Great Kenyan food. The best beef samosas in the DMV – nice herbs and spices. Today I carried away a late lunch.
Samosas — most excellent (pretty much only time I eat meat)
Cabbage — freakin’ delicious, I never get enough. I swear there is curry in it.
Collard greens — a tiny bit of a kick (spicy heat), braised perfectly, not at all mushy.
Great tasting food.
There is a lot more Kenyan food and American fare on the menu here.

Its fun fun fun your neighborhood local bar very quaint. The staff is great Steve is awesome. The food in African influenced specifically Kenya. Variety of foods fish (on the bone with head), beef, African sausage and vegetables. Most certainly will be back. Has pool tables and pretty good size bar.

Great atmosphere and the prices can’t be beat. The burgers and the fries were delicious! The server was very friendly and the food came out quickly. It’s nothing fancy, but in a good way! The bar was filled with regulars, some older, some younger. The place was clean and well lit. The music wasn’t too loud, so it was easy to hold a conversation. Overall, great place! They have liquor and beers (nothing fancy) and a simple (short) but delicious menu. Parking behind the building is limited, but there are tons of adjacent lots if you don’t mind walking a bit.

A decent place to go have some beer. They got pool table which was pretty neat since there isn’t any place with pool tables close by. I would definitely go back.
No ample parking space so try to get there early to get a spot especially on weekend

Nice place for happy hour. It’s laid back with friendly regulars and good prices. There’s limited parking so get there early. There are some pool tables and a jukebox. Overall a good place for beers.
