McDonald’s

McDonald’s is not know for good service – so what I’ve come to look for is not bad service, and this location makes the cut. The clerks got or orders right, and the space is nice. I’ve visited twice this far and will return.

Much improved service today. I suppose the trick is to do that consistently everyday.

Awful! Plz do not go there when the nightshift is on. Luckily they now have breakfast all day long. So if u go there at night and order an egg mcmuffin it will be ready for breakfast at 6am. Awful slow and just disrespectful. Waited in line for 20 mins to order then the girl tells me cash only. Could’ve erupted all in all it was a 1hr trip to got to McDonald’s .2 miles from my hotel at 1am

I ordered an iced coffee and manager decides to give me frap instead. Horrible management and unwelcoming customer service

New look and same crappy service. I visited the other day to get something quick to snack on in the drive thru. The young lady took my order. Repeated my order, and confirmed it. I pay, and move to the next window and the guy gives me the wrong order. I’m like no I had blah blah blah. I look at my receipt, and look at my change and they were both wrong. Honestly I had just took what she gave me and kept it moving. I didn’t really care, but when she gets to the window with the guy she’s acting as if i’m the one who made the mistake. Like «make sure he give all that change back!» the guy meanwhile is telling her that I am, and pretty much had I not said anything or been honest I would’ve gotten more food, but thats not what I wanted. I don’t eat everything on the menu. So i wanted what I ordered. She confused everything by not watching what she was doing, and getting the line out of order in the drive thru (which i’ve never seen before). I pulled off damn near wanting to get a refund, but it was hot. I was hungry, and I wasn’t getting out the car to wait in another line. The way she acted was uncalled for. I had already cleared everything up with the second guy. She could’ve shut up, and stayed in the back. The whole situation was unnecessary. Maybe she should stick to putting salt on the fries or something where she doesn’t have to communicate with people.

This place used to be decent before they put the new building. Customer service here is crap, when you pull up to the drive through window they will just look at you without greeting you or any form of manners. This location is the reason why I hate McDonald’s now. They answer you with an attitude and all rude for no reason. Don’t go this location, go to another one, please trust me!

I am writing this from the drive thru window. I feel like Joe Pesci in lethal weapon 2. I have been waiting for 15 minutes at the drive-​thru that is extremely excessive even for late night.

I recently ordered from the drive-​thru at this McDonalds and…
1. The person on the other end of the mic sounded super miserable.
2. It took a while for me to get my meal but this could’ve been due to a series of things so I wasn’t upset by it.
3. After being asked to pull to the front to wait for my 10piece nugget meal, I opened the box just to find a weird sauce stain and my nuggets tasted like someone literally tossed them in the microwave for a couple of seconds. They didn’t taste cold, they just had that next day reheated nugget taste.
This made me wonder what REALLY took them so long. I did think it was odd to have such a long wait for a 10piece nugget meal but judging by the taste of the nuggets, it makes sense.
I’ll definitely try to stay away from this particular location. They’ll only see me when I’m desperately hungry.

Their food and drinks suck! The Hi-​Orange they gave us was concentrated they forgot to add water to it. Terrible just Terrible!

Alright, so they tore the old building down and built a brand new one on that spot. After all this time, it’s a «new look»… and apparently new staff as well. I think that may be the savior of this place, because the last staff were driving the place into the ground.
I’m giving this place an «A-​OK» because my first visit to the «new» McDonald’s was a good one. The woman on the other end of the mic didn’t seem very enthusiastic about her job, but the man taking my money and the two people getting my order together were polite and (for once) spoke English.
So, if they keep it up with the good customer service (and maybe do something about the woman on the mic), this McDonald’s might reclaim it’s status in the area.

If you venture north of College Park, or end up craving a snack that IKEA doesn’t have in its cafeteria, this McDonalds might be the right place for you. A word of caution — this one is pretty busy and the drive thru seems to have a constant line of people no matter how many times I pass by it or stop by.
Staff is your typical ESL staff that could jumble your order if you’re not careful and patient. Sad that it has to be put that way but after trying to explain that I wanted two cherry pies and having the lady ask me if I wanted two sundaes, I think the disclaimer is warranted. Took a bit of patience and a couple of times to repeat myself but we eventually got it.
