I am very pleased with glass doctor I recently had my bedroom window replaced and I must say excellent customer service and quick speedy service. I most definitely would use them again. They were very neat and clean and left absolutely no residue and I appreciated that. A few days later via telephone I was asked to do a customer survey about my experience with glass doctor and for some odd reason I was unsuccessful and gave them a score of 1 which was not what I wanted to rate them I would must definitely rate them a score of 10 and I apologize for any inconvenience. Once again I hope I have know broken glass in the future but in the event that I do Glass Doctor would get my business!!!

I am very angry at Glass Doctors for misrepresenting their service!
I called yesterday was told that they do free estimates on window related repairs and replacements (I have 7 big windows that need to be replaced). but today they called to say they will be charging me $ 35 for the estimate! What happened in less than 24hrs!!!
No other company I called has charged for estimates.
May not be a big deal for some, but in my book this is FALSE ADVERTISING.
BEWARE!

Tried to charge me over $ 300 to repair 4 window screens. After I declined the service Window Doctor charged me $ 40 for a service call that consisted of popping out a couple window screens. There is a reason the Frederick and Rockville locations closed shop in the past year.
