I went there this morning. I used my credit card & it didn’t go through. I tried another & didn’t go through. So I used my debit which should have worked & once again didn’t go through. The lady at the counter got in an attitude with me saying she can’t do anything instead of finding another solution. Every time I come & she’s at the counter it’s the same thing. This is not the first time. I have not been happy with the customer service there from her at all.

I go to CVS because of my prescription plan and because it’s local. The prices are pretty high so I don’t shop there unless its something I need right away. Otherwise I go to Walmart or Target.

I usually go to this CVS for my prescriptions & some beauty items. First off, if you can get here early in the morning to drop off your prescription you will likely only wait 15 minutes or less, depending on the pharmacist. This pharmacy is packed from 3pm until at least 9pm. Fortunately, I have the same scripts filled every month so they are always in stock(knock on wood). The best pharmacist is Alan Isenberg, very helpful and friendly. Some of the workers have major attitude issues & my thing is «if you don’t like your job, quit & go elsewhere». They act like it’s such a problem to take your scripts and put them into the computer. This is why I go early in the morning, after dropping my daughter off at school. The pharmacist takes your papers & gets them filled fairly quickly. Now, for the rest of the store. This CVS does not measure up to others, it’s smaller, the stock isn’t as good as the one up on Rt. 1 in Beltsville, especially when it comes to beauty products. Many items are poorly stocked and they don’t carry brands like Neutrogena & Physicians Formula. I have yet to find the Loreal Eye Shadow I have been looking for and I have asked time & time again for them to order it, they are supposed to carry it. All in all, I would drive to the CVS in Beltsville if possible. With the Riderwood senior living community right next door, it’s extremely crowded during the hours stated and you have a much better chance of finding what you’re looking for by passing right by this particular CVS store. The front cashiers are a mix of friendly and nasty, it’s a roll of the dice. One GOOD thing here is the Minute Care Clinic, very friendly nurses & fast service for shots & very minor injuries(a scrape or minor burn).

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst cvs I have ever been too, the pharmacists are lazy, rude and have no customer service.

This is a truly awful CVS. There’s usually a long line to drop off prescriptions. When you finally make it to the front they ask if you’ll be waiting, and if you say yes, if you’re *lucky* they say, «Ooookkkk, well that’s going to be 45 minutes,» but more often it’s 2 to 4 hours. How can they stay in business when Rite Aid advertises 15 minute prescription filling? This CVS rarely bothers to call if there’s a holdup or problem with your prescription. Rather, you’re expected to drive back, wait in nearly always long pick up line, and then be told that there was a problem. Avoid if possible.
