Ernie’s Fried Chicken No 2

We place large orders here often for our office, but sadly as of today there was an issue were a teenager placed an order and messed up. We called the location to let them know about the issues and was hoping to get replacements if the tacos and burritos that were messed up. Come to find out the mother of the teen was the owner. She got upset with us that we were complaining and told us we would have to pickup the replace ta and pay for the order. This is not how you keep people coming to a run down location. I personally love supporting little places like this but at this time I’m taking the owners words to heart and finding another breakfast place for me and my company. If your in the belton area looking for breakfast avoid this location at all cost to show them they should focus on customer service and food quality more than making employees look good that are family. All this seems a waste for a correction that would have only cost a max of $ 5.00 now they lost so much more from us not going anymore.

Ok so at first thing I thought was this place looks like a rinky dink hole in the wall it looks like it has OK food. So I tried it and omg the tacos are awesome!!! The hot sauce was so amazing! The bacon was super crispy (which I love.) I hate when places have rubbery bacon it’s gross. The sauce has just enough of a kick to it and had great amounts of flavor. Over all if I could give this place 10 starts for their breakfast tacos I would! I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu :)

The fat Ernie’s burrito goes hard in the game son, for real this thing is good af!!! Don’t eat there for the atmosphere or nun that shyt just best damn burrito ever, 5x better than any taqueria, dunk that big ass thing in some salsa and have it delivered for 2 $ hell yea I’m on it, don’t listen to any these other wack lames reviews their stuck up azz don’t know good food. You won’t be let down with a Fat Ernie, If I was on death row I would order 3 fat Ernie’s with extra cups of hot sauce boss.

Their «fat ernies» with bacon egg n cheese and Potatoe are so amazing and HUGE!!! A little high priced I think but you’ll never have a bf burrito so good. And the salsa they make goes perfect with it. I try to go atleast once a week. Thankfully they sell bf tacos till 1 pm.

Walked in was loud hot and sponge bob. Was told to get a fat burrito so that’s what I got
Only drinks are cans for $ 1 so have that in mind. So I find a miss match table with wobbly chair. I swat flies and watch sponge bob while waiting for my fat treat.
Finally it comes. I’m so hungry. It I’d of ok size but not like a wow. Unwrap… Hot sauce at the ready. First bite… Oook there’s this new thing called salt maybe they should try it. With beans potatoes and no seasoning? Really. Very bland

We ordered the 10 piece chicken to take back to our motel and thought it was very good. It was more flavorful than other fried chicken we’ve had and we enjoyed it for supper and 2 lunches. We’d sure come back again.

The fat ernie is sinfully addictive… a big burrito with everything on it. Been eating them for years.

I have lived in Belton since age 8 and have been a huge fan Earnie’s for many years. Their Breakfast Burritos, called «Fat Earnie» is the best breakfast burrito around here particularly if you don’t like greasy breakfast burritos. They are made of high quality meat and ingredients that sets them far apart from other taco places in this area. Thanks Earnie for such a fine product and service!
