Pick Your Poison Makeup and Hair

I found Pick Your Poison while searching on Unilocal for hair/​makeup for my wedding, I was a little late in the game making appointments for me and my ‘maids so my usual salon was already booked. Initially I was a little hesitant since I didn’t see many reviews but I loved the vintage pinup styles I saw on her website so I decided to give it a shot and go have a hair trial.
Long story short she did a great job at my trial and I booked her for my wedding. She came with an assistant to my hotel (which was much better than running around to a salon) and they did a great job with everyone’s hair and makeup.
I am not sure if your everyday stylist would have been able to achieve the look I wanted, but Shauna definitely did. If you’re looking for something offbeat and vintage I highly recommend Pick your Poison Makeup and Hair.

Shauna LeMay is the most responsive hairstylist I have ever had in twenty years of living in town. She can cut anyone’s hair perfectly; but better than that, she will make sure you are completely satisfied with your cut and color before you leave. She will discuss the best options with you for your hair and overall look (she also is an expert makeup artist), and makes sure that you leave the salon looking gorgeous!
