I have to agree with previous posts that if your gonna pass Arby’s, even if you have already eaten, you just have to stop. No doubt about it! My son stopped into this location on Wednesday night(6⁄15) after his class. He brought home a turkey sandwich, Bourbon bacon angus and a smokehouse brisket sandwich. When he came came, we ripped open the bag in excitement but instead was met with disappointment. Not because of taste but because the size of the sandwiches and the amount of product on the roll. The turkey sandwich was the wimpiest sandwich with hardly no turkey. The turkey that was on the roll was bunched up to make it appear it was a stacked sandwich. When you see the commercials and advertisement pictures, you have a bigger expectation that what we actually got. Like I said, we have no problem with the taste and sauces. The focus needs to be on better presentation and an adequate amount of meat. People love smoked meats like brisket, roast beef and turkey so please don’t disappoint or tease us. The reputation of Arby’s is much more than just a fast food joint. It’s a little more prestigious in that class and should live up to that name.

For what it is… Fast food… I give it 4 stars for the taste & the value. The $ 1 sliders come with cheese & are really tasty & the curly fries are tasty as well. This particular Arby’s is so much better than the one located on Wantagh Ave., in Wantagh. At least @ this drive thru… The line moves. Not so in Wantagh!!! Gotta love the Arby’s sauces as well. Throw some of that sauce on your slider & you’re good to go!

As every fast food maven knows Arby’s is something you never pass up when you have the chance. It’s nice to have a few stores open in this area again. The roast beef always a favorite, the chicken is my thing, and I’m sure the burgers are good(just never waste an opportunity to have one of the former). On the side you can love the curly fries or onion rings; and there are other good choices too. But the thing that makes Arby’s for me is their sauces. I mean, Ketchup is OK for other places, where you going to have a burger. But Arby’s offers their signature sauce, which, I have to admit, makes me eat in rather than take out so I can self serve lots of it. There’s also the famous horsey sauce, and honey mustard too. But now I might have found a new favorite. I ate my meal with their three pepper sauce and wow, I like that a lot! Went perfectly on my crispy chicken sandwich. Bravo Arby’s for never ceasing to improve.

Very clean compared to other fast food restaurants. Nothing like a roast beef sandwich dripping in cheddar cheese sauce. Their fries are some of the best in the biz. Lot’s of sauce options as well.

When this place first opened is was great! The staff was on target and management was into their job. The food was near perfect. Over the past year or so… something happened. The last 2 times I had went in there… nobody at the front counter(no staff I mean!) Waited a while and still NOSTAFF! WTF? Did everyone quit all at once? I left. 2nd visit: The horsey sauce nozzle has been broken since my last visit(I love horsey sauce!!). Well, a month later– still broken. It fell off as we pushed on it. It then fell on the floor. We told the manager what happened. He picked it up off the floor and pushed it back on ! Did not rinse it off or anything. Always seems under staffed now(it did NOT when it first opened). Really really disappointed in Arbys. And I do love their food!

Prior to checking out this Arby’s, I had not had Arby’s in over 5 years. We were on Sunrise Highway and it was a cheat day why the eff not? Who willingly turns down Arby’s curly fries? The girl taking the orders was very sweet, however, very scatterbrained. We wanted two chicken tender meals so we could get the fries… She first rang everything up separately, then put it together, then made sure it was 2 orders over the course of 5 minutes. The order finally came out and she gave us berry sauce instead of BBQ sauce, which was quickly fixed. The ketchup was empty, the Arby’s sauce tasted like Robitussin, and the hot sauce was mild at best. The chicken itself was very good and the jalapeño poppers were pretty decent. The fries were the winner, as they always are. It’s Arby’s. It’s fast food. Don’t come here expecting something special. The food is decent, the staff is all over the place, and the layout is that of a diner with HUGE booths in case you and 10 of your closest friends decide you want Arby’s.

I love arbys-those curly fries are so good. The beef and cheddar is fantastic. I also had the pumpkin cheesecake smoothie. Definitely recommend

I am a big fan of Arby’s. Food is always really on-point and rarely have an issue. The cashiers are NOT the smartest people in the world however. Often times they have to be told the order more than once before they fully get it. One of my biggest complaints, however, is that the fish sandwich is NOT served year round. Their fries are delicious. Oh — and PS — they have a secret menu which they are fully aware of and will make anything off the secret menu

After a long break I decided to come back to this Arby’s and give it another chance. As I wrote earlier, the store had cleanliness issues and I had possibly gotten sick after eating here, however, since no one else reported any problems, it’s possible I picked up the illness somewhere else. I was very pleased on this visit that the store was very clean, everything from condiments area and restrooms were spotless. Employees were very friendly and glad to see me back. Food was very fresh as well. I still have to deduct a star because of what happened in the past, but I am glad to see this store has cleaned up their act and can recommend eating here again. While the Lindenhurst store is still nicer, as someone who doesn’t own a car, Bellmore is easier to get to with the train station just a few minutes walk away.

It’s a normal Arby’s. The food is ok. Their roast beef is not as good as that of a true deli, but it’s not bad either. The portion size and price are pretty good.

This was my first ever Arby’s experience. My cousin demanded we go here once she learned I hadn’t. She explained to me that they are mostly a roast beef place. I like roast beef, but I’m not into it so much that I would eat it at a fast food joint. If I do end up going to a fast food place I try and stick with chicken in hopes that it is a tinier bit better than alternatives. So in this case, I ordered a small combo of the chicken, bacon, & swiss. The curly fries were fantastic, one of the best of the places I’ve gone. The chicken burger wasn’t stand-out in any regard. The dressing on it, while had a nice flavor, was overly runny. I tried out all the sauces available and was excited to see a spicy option since I love adding a little spice to my dishes. I dipped a coveted curly fry into it, took a bite, and… was severely underwhelmed by it. It wasn’t spicy at all. A big disappointment. Their bbq sauce was also a letdown, lacked flavor. The restaurant was overall clean, but I do not see the appeal of going here other than it being the only option.

Love Arby’s! Especially roast beef sandwich with cheese and curly fries! Service was very good-friendly and quick. My son enjoyed ringing the bell they have which you can ring when service is good. We will definitely be returning.

Definitely not the cleanest Arby’s I’ve been in, but i enjoyed the food. It is a nice modern looking place, but when we were there, it needed a sweeping and the tables needed to be wiped down. The staff was nice and where all smiles.

I like Arby’s, it’s a change of pace if you want fast food but not the usual places. They have expanded their menu a great deal of the past few years but my favorite is still the beef n cheddar with curly fries. This particular location is on Sunrise Highway and the drive thru can get so busy that is backs up on to the street. The parking lot also gets full during peak times.

Arby’s in Bellmore was best and beautiful. When I went to Arby’s in Bellmore for lunch break from Nassau County bus journey for first time, nice female employee look up direction to Bellmore Memorial Library and gave me direction by writing onto piece of paper.

While i usually go thru the drive thru i decided to go inside since i had a coupon and felt it was just easier to deal with it in person. I got the Market Fresh Roast Turkey & Bacon & Ranch, and got one free. I hate the curly FF and the other sides to me kinda suck so i just got those two sandwiches and some Arby’s sauce and i was good to go. The sandwiches were excellent, the wheat bread and fresh turkey and well done bacon was delicious, they are HUGE sandwiches also i could have easily split one with my bf. Just wish they had good side items but no big deal the turkey is very fresh and very flavorful and hey it was free, bonus

I haven’t seen an Arby’s on Long Island… in forever. I’ve been coming here the last few weeks after my son’s hockey practices over at Newbridge Arena. Not sure how busy it gets at other times, but around 9pm, it’s not crowded at all and the service is fast and courteous. It’s good for a change of pace from the usual hamburgers at the other chains. Not really big on the curly fries though.

I’m a bit obsessed with Arby’s reuben(and limited time Super Reuben), so I was psyched when I spotted the Coming Soon signs on Sunrise Highway. A standalone Arby’s on Long Island was much-needed and these folks do it right. Even with a long line both inside and at the drive-thru — demand being high as it’s only been around a few months — they moved us quickly and we got our hot food in a short amount of time. My dad particularly enjoyed the zero calorie green iced tea. I just had a blast having my usual reuben with horsey sauce, curly fries with Arby’s sauce, and combination lemonade and Sierra Mist.
