Printing For You

I chose Printing For You based upon their one Unilocal review… and feel compelled to share my experience. I asked them to reprint biz cards and letterhead using clean art files and samples from my remaining stock. They chose to use an incorrect process for the first run (basically using their copier). When I showed them that their prints looked nothing like my samples, they said I should have indicated a different process. I guess the samples weren’t enough? They then re-​ran the order but when I came in for pick-​up, half of the business cards had smudges on them and were unusable. Shoddy work… shoddy QC. So they re-​ran the order and in the end the the deliverables were to spec. In both cases I was never notified that my order was ready for pick-​up. While I appreciate their willingness to get the order right, there was no consideration given for the snafus on a very simple project (500 biz cards/​500 sheets of letterhead). Buyer beware… this is not a professional shop. Also: Amex not accepted.

Over the past ten + years, when I am in town for business, I have used the services of this print shop. It is a small family-​owned (brother & sister team) business that really gives great personalized service. Special and unusual orders are never a problem and their workmanship is outstanding. The graphic artist, Judy is terrific – really talented.
