This organization hires and trains excellent people. I had a really poor experience with my last movers so I was hesitant at first. However, when Matt and crew showed up to my house, they put me at ease almost immediately. They worked hard and had great attitudes. I know finding and training good people is very difficult yet this organization seems to do it with ease. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs moving services both locally or nationally.

Our family selected Moving & Storage Solutions for our mother’s move this past December. We called their office on a Friday and ask if they could come by the house the following Monday to give us an estimate. Stan and Eric were extremely professional, arriving on time and assisting us with many helpful suggestions. They called us back in about an hour with a very reasonable estimate and were willing to come that Wednesday morning (two days before Christmas) to complete the move. The moving crew arrived on time and ready to go. They were hard working, well trained and well organized. The move went very smoothly — and was completed in less time than had been estimated. We felt the job was exceptional — particularly since we were not moving everything in her home of 60 years — but only selected items for her new one-​bedroom apartment — which required quite a bit of extra attention. We think part of their motto should be «no job is too small» — as this move received the same attention to detail and care in execution as I am sure they give to larger moves. We were very impressed with the way they gave us their undivided attention and their expert advice and support. They were always on time, very well organized, efficient and professional in the preparation for the move, the move out of the house and on the move into the new apartment. We were very pleased with the way they made a day that could have been very long and difficult into one that was extremely pleasant and productive for our family — and our Mom. Job exceptionally well done! We will be recommending Moving and Storage Solutions to everyone.

Worst moving company ever! My elderly great aunt was moving from a retirement home to an assisted care facility — both in Bellingham. They quoted 3 hours to move the spare furnishings from her 2-​room apartment. Two guys showed up with one hand truck between them and took 7 hours to move her stuff (breaking a picture glass and dresser in the process). They blamed the 4 hours of extra time on «waiting for the elevators» in each location. Buyer beware with these guys!

The staff at MSS is absolutely wonderful. The gals answering the phone are kind and helpful. (They were lifesavers, actually.) The packers and movers were fast, efficient, careful and did a superb job. We have used this company for our last three moves and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
