Josh Feyen sold our home a few months ago. From the very first interaction to the last he was great to work with, detailed and had a solid understanding of the current market. Josh helped me and my husband sell our house in Bellingham recently, and it was a great experience. His knowledge of the Bellingham housing market is very thorough and his background in construction was a great help, as our house was on the older side. In the end we received a much higher price than we expected, and we couldn’t be happier. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.

Josh became our realtor nearly a year ago when my husband and I were living in Anchorage, AK and looking for properties for sale in Bellingham, WA. Despite not know when (and if) we’d be moving to Bellingham, Josh stayed in excellent communication about new homes on the market, and even went out of his way to do a few drive-​bys for us. Within a months notice of us moving to Bellingham, Josh found us a sweet home well under our budget. He’s even letting us borrow some power tools to help us remodel our home! Josh is a real, no pressure, down to earth guy. We highly recommend him.
