Im a long time customer of Cuts Plus, and a fan I have always walked out with a great haircut, the prices are really fair and they go out of their way to please.
I have used their tanning every year before going on vacation (always pays to get a head start) and its always spotlessly clean, big plus in my mind.
They have a massive selection of products as well and the stylists are keen to answer your questions and make suggestions without being pushy.
Overall I couldn’t be happier with the friendly and professional service I have had here

If you care about your hair, do NOT come here. I needed a TRIM… just a little tiny itsy bitsy trim and walked out with 3 ½ inches chopped off. Not to mention that my hair is VISIBLY uneven. I have to go somewhere else today to get it fixed. I would not recommend this place to a single person… not males, not kids, not even someone shaving their head bald. Cuts Plus is AWFUL with unprofessional staff that don’t know what they are doing.

OMG… Wow! I’m NEVER going to go anywhere else now to get my haircut! These girls at «Cuts Plus» are hip, quick, cute and know how to give ya ROCKSTAR hair!
And you’re not gonna believe what i’m about to tell ya… but the bottom-​line bonus is the price is so low, it’s stupid!
Only $ 13 bucks for a quality haircut (shampoo not included).
So splurge the extra $ 3 bucks and you’ll get a a quality shampooing for a total of $ 16 bucks! And their hair product showcase is amazing, too!
And who wants to wait weeks to get an appointment with their stylist!!! They ONLY take walk-​ins, so get yer butt down there and check this place out ~ you’ll be glad U did!

One of the best places in Bellingham to get a very good hair cut for not a whole lot of cash. Very good people and a nice selection of hair products. I’ll be back for sure.
