I’m a Western Washington University student and I came here looking for an affordable pair of glasses. The minute I walked in, they assigned me an optometrist to help me find a style fits my face. He was super nice and helpful. My glasses ended up costing under $ 200! I was very impressed with their customer service. 10/​10, would definitely recommend!

It really is too bad that some people have the nerve to give one star just because of «bad service.» Didn’t you like the frames or selection? That alone should boost them up from one star… Oh well… Anyway!
I am visiting on a road trip from Arizona and the nose piece on my glasses broke the other day. I finally had enough time to stop in and have them fixed today and when I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a hello. I explained the situation and the lady at the front desk promptly had someone put a new nose piece on my glasses for no charge. Thank you guys!
