I love their ice coffee! It has the good crused ice. And they don’t fill it with all ice like everywhere else.

This is a great place for lunch. Ive been going to this restaurant for a few years now and the quality has been consistent. I have zero complaints about this place. Actually the wait time to have my sandwich prepared seems to be getting shorter recently. I never go to subway now, they’re foot loong gets most people too stuffed and the 6 inch barely enough, this place gets it just right.

This is one of my top 5 places to eat. I really enjoy their sandwiches here. I love their egg rolls and sweet bean sesame buns too. I absolutely love this place. I think my favorite is the BLT sandwich. It is so yummy. My mother likes to but their giant baguettes. I adore this place so much. I really recommend eating here!

I love love love the original iced coffee. If you’re a coffee drinker, you’ll love this coffee. It’s super strong so be aware that you may be on a caffeine induced adrenaline for a few hrs.

They must be under new management. I loved this place but today I was greatly disappointed. As soon as I took the first bite you could tell they used cheap ingredients. I opened up the sandwich and found the cheap packaged turkey slices you buy at a super market and the cheese tasted like plastic, life Kraft cheese. It’s no longer the deli meat they used to use. I could have made a better sandwich myself. It’s sad once a place establishes themselves they bring out the cheap stuff and try to pass it off as the same sandwiches when they first opened. I guess I will no longer be coming here.

So we made it here this morning My teenager & I. I had the bacon egg cheese sandwich but subbed the cheddar cheese with Swiss. I also asked for«crispy bacon» please Croissant bread was moist & fresh, egg was good. Bacon not too salty. I asked for jalapeños & she did not charge me which is a plus!!! She gave fresh slices Can’t eat anything without peppers :0) 1st visit impression is pretty mellow Clean place, but yes white chairs do need to be replaced now. Tables are still in good condition. I also had the green tea boba & my daughter had the fresh spring rolls with shrimp &‘pork & she finished the package so she must’ve liked it. She also ordered a Thai tea boba. My green tea boba was so/so… It did not have the authentic matcha taste that I know true matcha green tea has. & the boba was on the undercooked side. :0( It was still a bit hard. I do like chewy bobas but not hard. The female manager & her asst chef were steady busy while we were there. Steady flow of people, not crazy busy, but steady that the two of them are able to handle. She just needs to be careful to wash her hands after handling. Money at the cash register then goes to the back to help the other staff prepare the orders. So she is multi tasking… Which is necessary. But she needs to wash her hands in between performing dual roles. Their atmosphere is okay. Both staff were friendly. But it is right on the major intersection so a bit scary & not really a place, to be if you want«calmness« Other than that, I will be back to try their fried egg rolls & much popular pork bbq sandwich ! The main entry door needs to be replaced also as it is banged up & full of scratches & does not give a good impression upon coming in. It looks like a door you would See in central LA businesses AFTER my next visit, I will update my review then… Today was just a glimpse…

Glad to have one location that is fairly close to work. Coffee Coffee yes Coffee!!! tried their new-ish«pour through» filtered coffee packets — single serve and yes it is just as good as what they brew in the store. Banh Mi(Vietnamese style) Sandwiches are pretty standard fare. I like getting the Dac Biet combo(sliced cold cuts, cliantro, jalapeño, pickled radish in a crusty loaf) — it’s great while still warm, and still good even after spending a night in the refrigerator. European Turkey croissant sandwich was very good, and again is served warm. Next time, I will ask for a plain turkey, NOCHEESE(it’s really just American cheese that was cello-wrapped). Quite good. If you don’t have the time to brew using the packets, the famous coffee is available in plastic bottles — just don’t drink the entire bottle one time — the caffeine packs a wallop! I got palpitaions once and read the label — it’s a three servings container. AAAK!

I usually get the #5 Grilled Pork. Its a good sandwich and fairly consistent in taste at all of the Lee’s sandwich locations that i have tried, sliced fatty pork marinated then grilled and stuffed into a baugette bread with pickled carrots and daikon, fresh cilantro and jalapeño peppers, and some sweet mayo. For the price(3.99 $) its a less processed option vs a mcdonalds burger or a subway ham sandwich filled with nitrates in the meat. Aside from the sandwich, i have picked up fresh baugette bread to-go to eat at home and on one occassion I had the Thai Iced Tea, stay away from this drink too creamy and not enough ice for 2.79 $, get either their ice coffee or go to the Walgreens and get a drink from the cold section. Since i’m from the San Gabriel Valley, this Lee’s location is nothing special to me sandwich wise because I could get a much better sandwich & coffee at other mom/pop banh mi places in the SGV. It does provide the area and people who work in the neighboring cities(like me) an additional affordable spot for lunch/dinner/snack. I appreciate this location and I do enjoy the sandwich but not the price(3.99 $ vs in Rosemead 2.49 $). So if you’re in the area with nothing to eat, go for it.

I saw the Unilocal reviews and have coworkers that spend lots of cash at this Lee’s so I’m really disappointed in my one & only visit. The club sandwich was small and average. For the $$ I expected better flavor. I’m not a Subway fan but at least you get your money’s worth.

Quick update… as usual yummy and strong coffee. But i feel a need to give it an extra star due to the owner. He was very nice and understanding when i asked if they could make me any drink w/soy milk. He patiently explained that all the coffees are mostly pre made w/condensed milk. However, he took time to come up w/a frappé drink w/regular coffee & soy just for me. Thank you for being sweet! :)

Dear Mr Lee, Why are you soooooo cruel? How can you invent the best tasting iced coffee in the entire world and then rip people off? I order a large coffee but only get half a cup full because there is ice filled to the rim. And I don’t mean small ice, I mean what appears to be small ice until you dig in and find HUGE ice chunks along with a tray and a half of ice! This truly breaks my heart and yet I’m still a slave to you. Love Lee’s coffee addict!

The iced coffee here is really really delicious, I am so happy to see there are more closer to where live. This iced coffee is on par with 83 degrees sea-salt foam coffee. Just a tad more authentic tasting.

So glad get opened up a chain in Bellflower. Love sandwiches and coffee from this place. My only complaint is that this location never has durian smoothies! Granted, it’s not a popular flavor and could be an acquired taste. I usually go with the 11 special combination with extra peppers and if I need a pick me up, I’ll get a large iced coffee, strong. Don’t be surprised if you get the jitters after a few sips! The location is right next to the Sprint store. The parking lot is small because it shares with a tiny strip mall and Walgreens. Staff is friendly and they accept credit cards!(Unlike some of the locations in Westminster) Also, this place carries Sriracha!

Looooove this place. From the sandwiches to the boba to the Vietnamese coffee. There’s an American menu and a Vietnamese menu for the sandwiches. The staff is great and friendly, today the man making my iced coffee was extra cute so that was a plus in the morning ;) hehe. There’s a lot of tables and wifi so it’s a good place to grab a bite or some drinks with a friend. You won’t be disappointed with Lee’s.

Lee’s Sandwhices on Lakewood Blvd in Bellflower, California. Unilocal Challenge 14⁄100 I was in motel staying in Downey, California at the time. I wanted a Vietnamese Sandwich *Banh mi*. I aksed some people who I met in the local area and nobody new of a spot. So I used the Unilocal search feature and found this place. Hood tip: Whip is a car :) Note: Gucci means Hella good or Good. I jumped in my whip and and rolled up to the joint. I walked in and I was the only one in. It was straight dead, I was thinking I came in on a slow day or it’s all Bad News Bears. I wasn’t trippN because I was feeling Gucci. Inside was pretty spacious and the staff was holding the fort cleaning and being hella cool with me. I ended up picking Combo no#1 headcheese sammich and it came with a drink. This was my first time ever hearing about this place and the staff informed me they have them all over the place. I was like«SWEET» my village does not have one, So I’ll have to check out my former village of San Jose, California. IMHO they has the best Vietnamese food outside of Vietnam. Many will agree and many won’t, ya digg. Note: Banh Mi, Is a bomb dot com Vietnamese Sandwich. I got my sammich and was like«Hell yeah» «I’m about to get my gruBB ON» The Bahn mi was off the hook. I’m not going to use«Mindfullness» and go into great detail about the gentle warmth of the bread caressing my tounge or how the pâté raised my body temperture. Then the crisp carrots cooled me down, hell no. I’m a straight G and my word is Golden. The Bahn Mi is hella good… Note: Parking can be sometihng else here, what sucks is there’s a UPS center right next door and the traffic is thick. I got stuck like Chuck by this UPS truck who parked behind me. Aww Man, I’ll stop there. So yeah, I did enjoy my time here and the food was great the staff was cool and the place was clean. All Major brownie points in my book. So yeah, If i’m in the area I’ll be back. Vincent D aka VD aka Vebola aka Vincent Vega Always, Enjoying the simple things in life.

I always get the #5 Grilled Pork sandwich. The bread is baked fresh and inside is grilled pork, cilantro, pickled carrots, radish, jalapenos and some light sauce. Sometimes they don’t put enough grilled pork in it for this meat eating girl, but the sandwich is very satisfying and i think they run about $ 2.45 or so. The Egg Rolls are great tasting too, i always get the pork and shrimp egg rolls. Nice and crunchy and tons of flavor. They can get pretty addicting. The Vietnamese Coffee hot or cold is nice too — it’s brewed with a special coffee filter and sweetened with condensed milk. Lee’s Sandwiches are opening up everywhere so give it a try if you haven’t already. I frequent the one in Bellflower, it’s a new location and i met one of the owners Tony and he’s pretty nice, very friendly. Say hello to him.

Ah, my mornings are complete now. Vietnamese coffee will add hair to your chest and wake you up. No Thanks in part to Cal-Trans for closing the Alondra Bridge(one month and counting) I had to find alternate routes to get to work. And low and behold, what is on that new route, a Lee’s Sandwich shop. Woo Hoo. At the corner of Rosecrans Ave & Lakewood Blvd. it’s small, but in the morning I have it all to myself(almost anyways). It’s been here about two months now and I’m glad it’s here. It’s got the usual sammys. Baguettes are good and fresh. All the meats are delicious. But for me, it’s my new morning breakfast pit stop. #86 Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a Croissant w/mayo. I didn’t know you can request mayo until today, even better. I don’t know about healthy, but this thing is very filling and super good. Alas, the main reason to come here in the morning: COFFEE. Strong Vietnamese coffee. It’s half the price of FiveBucks oops, Starbucks. You can have it cold or hot, either way, it’s good. If you need to wake up, try it for yourself. With my coffee and croissant in hand, the day is off to a good start. I’ll definitely be back.
