AVOIDTHISPLACE!!! I ordered grilled chicken from this place and got crap! We only found out after getting home and opening the box. The chicken was so dry that I had to take a sip of water after every bite. Why did I keep eating, you ask??? I WASHUNGRY… SHAMEONKFC! for allowing this type of product to come out of this store! KFC use to be good, but now it’s just expensive crap! 1 star is not even what I would give this place, but I can’t seem to find any other way to describe how horrible this place is! SHAMESHAMESHAME on KFC!

Where do I even start? If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. The drive thru here is awkward. The menu is on the left side and so is the intercom you speak into, but when you pull up to pay for your order, the window is on the right side. *facepalm* First off, I ordered food for some people I work with and was in sort of a time crunch. I pull up and place my order, which for the record took a long time already because after every item the girl taking my order would ask me to hold on a second but would take a minute or more before asking for the next thing. Next, I ordered a 12 piece bucket of boneless original, she told me it would take over 10 minutes for it and since I was in a hurry she said they had a 12 piece with bones already ready and I wouldn’t have to wait, so obviously I take it. Now, I pull up to the window, its on the right side. The girls working there weren’t paying any attention to me, no bill or taking my payment… nothing. They just walked around laughing and joking around with each other while I sat there waiting for my order looking confused. They also kept throwing food into the microwave before tossing them into the take out bags. After 12 minutes, take note the girl who took my order said they had a bucket ready and told me not to order boneless, I tried to get their attention. When I finally managed to get one of the girls to come to the window she was annoyed with me and asked me, «Ummm, do you need something?» with her eyebrow raised. I restrained myself from losing my temper and simply told her I was waiting on my order and she told me that I had to wait. REALLY? All I could think in my head was WOW. I waited another 10 minutes for my food, paid and left. I will never be coming back here. No matter how much I crave KFC. I would rather drive farther to a decent one. This place was terrible, customer service was unbelievably bad. And as for the food, it was less than okay, I know I shouldn’t expect much from fast food, but I expected it to at least be decent. Overall, a really bad experience.

I had my share of experiences at KFC, but my experience today was probably the worst. I went through the drive thru at the KFC in Bellflower on 10003 Alondra Blvd and ordered a two piece chicken meal with a side of potato wedges. But before I go on about the food, I have to say the drive thru at this KFC location is designed horribly. The drive thru was on the passenger side of my car and I had a really difficult time paying for my food. The cashier reached over far enough to hand over my change but when my food was ready another lady tried handing over my food and she could not reach over(OR would not). She insisted that I go inside the restaurant next time in a really rude tone. Now after I took my take-out meal back to eat at my office I noticed that my food was not hot in temperature. The potato wedges along with the chicken and biscuit were lukewarm and soggy. I was expecting crispy potato wedges and chicken like the many other times that I have eaten it. When I took a bite of each item I could tell that the food was not fresh and had been laying around. I had to throw most of my meal away because of how unappetizing it all looked and tasted. I really hope something can be done about this because I feel that serving food that has been laying around is extremely unacceptable. I will not be coming back to eat at this establishment that is for sure.

I have lived in bell flower for 2 years. I have gone to this KFC about 6 times in that time period. Let me explain shortly why. This place is horrible. Its obviously franchised and not in sync with other decent KFC Their service is horrible. sometimes they take your card sometimes they dont, when they do they charge on top of the meal. They really dont stay up with the«new items», The service sucks, I met a nice male once and he messed my order up. The women are rude, if you go through the drivethru they take forever, they cant really hear you and you cant understand them. Oh and the Customer service is horrible. The last 6 times i went there i left angry. If you want to not get your order correct, possibly them not have what you want, and to leave angry go here. if not your better off driving a few miles to the one on del amo and bellflower blvd. but the problem with that one is its like a damn atm machine, you have to take out money @ least 10, then 20 or higher. and they give you change back. but at least they are decent and the people are ok. in my opinion this one needs to be shut down and they need to clean it up and get new people it looks ghetto. Look @ my other reviews, im not harsh @ all. If i could give them 0 stars i would.

I just have one thing to say. OMG. The drive-thru window is on the RIGHT. So what this means: I have to clamor over my armrest and manipulate my long-ass legs to reach over to the passenger’s side. And if the cashier feels like being a jerk and staying put on her side, I have to extend even longer. I just don’t get it. Why, KFC, why!!! I love you, but I hate you in Bellflower.

Despite use of MSG in seasonings, the Tender Roast sandwich doesn’t compare to Chick-Fil-A. Get a Crispy Twister if you don’t mind transfats. I recommend the apple pie mini or s’mores granola bar for a snack. I used to eat the little parfaits but who knows how long they’ve been in the case? When there’s nothing to eat at home I walk down the block for the Buffalo or HBBQ snacker but no longer now that I’ve finally read the ingredient list.
