Jenny’s Doughnuts & Croissants

Best Donuts ever! The Nordstrom’s of Donuts due to their great customer service! I didn’t know that they only take cash… I had my 6mth old baby in hand and just wanted to get in and out. When the sore owner saw that I had no cash, she told me to take the half dozen donuts and that I can pay her next time! This is the kindest gesture that anyone has done for me… considering that I had been craving a donut for a couple of weeks! So yummy too! Well certainly be coming back, first to pay her back but also bc their donuts are delicious. Once had their sandwiches and smoothies too and they are great too!

30 years. THIRTY!!! Then this year, it finally happened. I bit into my first favorite donut ever. Fireworks, choirs of angels, enlightenment, and it took everything in me not to moan out load.
It was crispy, but not oily. And it was moist. And it didn’t leave that baking powder «squeaky teeth» feeling after. And I ran out of icing, but it was ok. Because this cake donut was the best cake donut that ever existed and I would be doing it an injustice by leaving any morsel behind, no matter HOW full I think I am. It’s delicious. Fast forward 6 months later, I’m sitting here indulging on my recent purchase from 1pm this afternoon, and this cake donut is STILL crispy on the outside, with no oily residue in the box to write home about.
AND! As for the wonderful lady behind the counter, I think she recognizes us by now, but she is SO sweet with my son and always has donut holes on hand. She deserves a ton of business, and that’s the only reason I’m sharing this «hidden gem» review.

This is our favorite spot to pop in for ice cream — we get 3 double scoop bowls for 6 bucks and never any lines. My favorite is the pineapple coconut, the hubby like strawberry cheesecake. Also has super fresh apple fritters!

I thought this place was great. I came in on a weekday afternoon at about 3:00 to treat my son after his doctors appointment. Their donut case was fully stocked, the store was clean with places to sit down and the lady was very sweet to my kiddos. It’s my donut shop of choice

Donuts that We purchased after 5:00 pm. where fresh. They actually where doughy and had flavor.

I have come here before in the Morning. Where there donuts where fresh, at that time I didn’t purchase a dz. Just 2 donuts.

24-​hour donut with such quality? No shit.
Just bumped into this place by accident. Unexpectedly (and unbelievably) good and obscenely cheap. And I say this as a veteran donut fan – has had tons of overpriced ‘fancy’ donuts only to be cerg disappointed. Donuts here are fluffy and warm. Even if they don’t do card, it’s well worth it. Clean and spacious (for a donut shop), but the downside is no bathroom.
How did they manage to keep such donuts for 24 hrs???

i came here in the morning time it wasnt busy there was no asian lady that didnt understand me it was a mexican lady who had really good service. i was in and out with no problems. donut quality was normal nothing special but good. i will be coming back soon.

Jenny’s is a great local donut shop that has freshly made donuts every morning at good prices. Grab and go or enjoy a donut and a cup of hot coffee inside at one of their clean tables. Breakfast & croissant sandwiches are available made to order by the friendly staff.
Best picks: maple bar, glazed twist, sprinkles… actually, all of them.

I love the breakfast bagel and croissant sandwiches at Jenny’s. They will make it specifically how you order it, for those who like things a certain way, and it’s far more delicious and filling than any breakfast sandwich you would get at a fast food joint. My only complaint about Jenny’s is that it’s cash only.

OK… i decided to try this place finally. after two years of living down the street. UGH!!! *gags* my bacon egg HAM and cheese bagel was GROSS!!! the ham smelled… ugh… im seriously gagging people. i will NEVER WASTE MY TIME getting that again. if i go here im sticking to donuts, and even still donut holes you can usually get 12 for a dollar. here its like 8 for $ 1 a dozen is almost $ 1.50 which is a rip off. i must say it is organized though, it looked nice on the inside. this is MY PERSONAL OPINION. im sticking to granny’s donuts in San Pedro, its on my way to work anyway. UGH… i was so mad, because my normal @ granny’s donuts its only 3 $ and i can have it everyday and not gag. i gagged on the smell of the ham alone, the eggs Arent that good, and they were skimpy on the bacon, and i figure since most of the breakfast items consist of bacon, egg, or ham that i would have this problem whether i got a croissant of a bagel. i pass… but you can always try if you like.
