A new Mexican spot opened up last summer. Amigos, the name is friendly enough. The rules of this game seemed pretty simple… Lunch Special, 11 – 2, Monday-​Friday, $ 5.50. I walk in on a Wednesday at 12:45 and find out that the lunch special is in fact a burrito and a drink for $ 5.50. I’m glad I stopped in, and then as I proceed to order a burrito and a drink, my bill somehow added up to $ 8+. Am I paying extra for your stale chips?, your bland salsa? Is this some new CRV or something, seriously, wth?! Looks like the Big I got scammed…
Offer me a good deal and rip me off… that’s no way to do business, as you sit and watch your novelas on Telemundo.
And here we are, six months later and you’re out of business… that’s what you get for your bad burrito ethics!
