Volt Workforce Solutions

I have worked with Volt as a contract employee over the last 11 months. I would recommend them to any employer or job candidate.
Brad, the branch manager, and my recruiter Kyle Kirschner have both been fabulous to work with during this time. Most of my interaction has been with Kyle. He’s honest, thorough, follows up in a timely manner and is personable. He cares about finding the right fit for the client as well as for the candidate. He doesn’t waste my time by taking with me about positions or clients I’m uninterested in. He listens when there’s a concern, and he follows up if there’s an issue on the job.
Volt offers some benefits for contractors and temps. They do have FTE roles, but only one has presented itself in my field in the time I’ve worked with them.
