A really good option located near QFC in the parking lot. One would never think to stop if they didn’t know. I recommend giving it a try. It is fast, you can build your own, and for Bellevue the prices are pretty solid.

Quite tasty, but I would not call it «$». I got a personal pizza and a salad(which was supposed to be for two), a bottle of soda and it was $ 15. I ate it all and wasn’t stuffed(but it was a decent amount of food). For a $ 15 lunch, I’d give it 3 stars. Good, but you can do better for that price range.

Quick fresh and tasty. Excellent thin chewy crispy crust. Online advance ordering makes pickup even more convenient. Love the Tuscan vegetable option with Italian sausage add on.

Only reason it’s not 5 star is I’m spoiled growing up in CT with Pepe’s pizza and also NY being so close. This was amazing and fresh with great service and great crust! Awesome!

If you want a quick tasty pizza for a good price then this is the place. The pizzas are thin crusted so don’t go expecting some fluffy pan pizza. I am not usually a fan of thinner crusts but this one was great. I had the meat lovers pizza and the ingredients were very tasty. Those that are looking for atmosphere and a place to sit should go somewhere else. This place is perfect for the busy person who needs a tasty pizza quick. I had a half order of bread-sticks as well, and they were very tasty. In summary, if you want tasty pizza this is the place. Its quick convenient and run by some really nice people.

Lovely, quaint place. Quaint-esque. It’s always really warm during the winter moths because of the fire. We always get the Tuscan Veggie and a Cheese. Nice pizza, great toppings and honestly the easiest option for us as we live close by. It has never been the wrong order and I generally wait for it. Great service, the peeps there are always happy and cordial. Overall, nice, good-quality pizza that really does taste like something gourmet. A quick option leagues better than Domino’s. If you have the option, pick Tuscan Wood Fire. I better start ordering a larger variety(:

Great pizza! Wow! And great and amazing people whom work there! So crazy how a little place like this can impressed me so much! Oh, Amanda, The girl who left 1 star — grow the **** up! Are you kidding?! So someone hung up the phone on you for being so frigging busy and you ask stupid questions, and then getting angry?! I’m happy they lost your business, You don’t deserve their pizza!

Pizza as it should be Its really hard to give a food truck an honest and decent review when there is little atmosphere or service. However I can definitely say this place gives it its all Not really a food truck as much as a food stand, yet it would be almost impossible to serve pizza especially of this quality, real Neapolitan pizza, in a food truck as temperatures would reach up to one thousand degrees. Yet the open wood fire and awning are just part of the charm and appeal of this place. In addition to the burning fire there really isn’t much more to this place its usually just two people one to take the order and the other to cook. Speaking of taking orders there are actual menus, unlike most food trucks which post a single menu board that can often be hard to read or cause a quickly pressured order. As for the pizza one really can’t go wrong no matter the preference of toppings. The crust itself will always be the same. Incredibly thin, with the perfect balance between chewy and crunchy, as well as charred in a manner that despite looking burnt has the taste of being cooked in a blazing wood fired oven, Even though toppings are a personal preference the Carne Amante and Chicken Pesto are quite delicious. As one of the only Neapolitan pizza places and food trucks or stands available year round and at a decent price, Tuscan Stone Wood Fred Pizza hits all the right marks.

How fun! A food truck for pizza! We were staying a few blocks north at a hotel and didn’t want another big sitdown meal. Tuscan Stone was the perfect solution. We got an all meat pizza single size pizza to share(for 2) and an order of breadsticks. Both were awesome… and we wished we had ordered a larger portion of each. Don’t hesitate to pick up from this awesome place!

Unilocal said they deliver but they do not. When I called to order they told me they don’t deliver and hung up on me before I could say I would come pick it up. Lost my business.

Really good pizza, I love the chicken pesto. Cool setup right by the QFC on Bellevue Way. The people are always friendly and it’s fun to watch your pizza cook in the wood fire oven. Definitely stop and give it a try.

The best pizza, you must try it. It’s delicious and fresh ingredients. It’s very inexpensive, it’s the must have and best thin crust pizza I have ever had. You will not be disappointed.

We wanted to eat a wood fired pizza like the one we tried in the farmer’s market. My six year old said that this was the best pizza ever and he can eat it everyday :) We tried the Tuscan veggie n the olive oil n basil ones. Both very nice. Both people working there were friendly and service was good. Can’t wait to go there again!

So I have been hearing about this place for awhile from a friend and wanted to check it out. It is just a small outside stand with a wood fired oven. The staff seemed like they were very attentive to the quality of their pizza because I walked up to the employees having a conversation about color of the crust. Anyhow pizza very good and fast about 10 minutes. I walked over to QFC to buy some wine and by the time I returned it was done. Definitely worth checking out.

Once again in Bellevue! For a while this place disappeared from bellevue to Mercer Island, but they wisely decided to open second location back in Bellevue! The dark days are over and we can eat great pizza again! The Pizzas are reasonably priced and delicious. Just a note, a large here isn’t quiet as filling as some other large pizza mainly because the pizza has a super thin crust and you aren’t getting all those empty carbs. Anyways this place is great and glad its back within my lunch driving radius.

I am so glad to find this place again!!! I visit Bellevue frequently and always made sure i found time to stop in and get the best pizza I have ever had. Then one day I pulled in and found a tower crane where my beloved pizza maestros once plied their mastery of the of the doughy arts! I was heartbroken to say the least. My best guess was that they had gone the way of many mobile restaurants, though for the life of me failure was impossible for pizza that artfully crafted and brilliantly presented. How could the pizza crafters to the stars(King Felix and Russell Wilson were regulars) simply disappear? We’re they called to the pizza heavens in some sort of celestial pepperoni rapture? Well turns out they simply lost their spot to the continuing building of America. As was explained to me by Jeff and David Meyers(the owners), they moved the trailer to Mercer Island and took the opportunity that the move afforded to build(and actually improve the design on) another pizza oasis in the form of the trailer that now sits near the QFC and Chevron station on 26thNE and Bellevue Way NE. This trailer boasts an applewood fired pizza oven that cooks it’s pizza in an eye blinking 90 seconds. I was lulled into a mellow vibe while observing the zen inducing water fountain pouring down the rock façade pizza oven. Then after the reasonably priced pizza was boxed and placed in my hands I gratuitously thanked my hospitable servers and broke into the box like a mad man before I ever made it to my car. My wife was quite dismayed to find only remnants of fresh Italian crust and mozzarella in the box. I was shocked to find I left even crumbs in the box as I was tempted to devour the cardboard my pizza masterpiece graced for the brief trip between oven and stomach. I was immediately sent back for another. Visitors and residents of Bellevue please do yourselves a favor and create your own love affair with the best pizza this side of Napoli! Do it tonight! If you see a large bald hungry looking fellow step out of the way, he is on a mission and he will not allow anything to get between him and his Tuscan Stone wood fired pizza again!
