I bought the Groupon and tried to contact the business by phone at no avail. Then I scheduled an online appointment for 2pm on Monday only to have the therapist cancel on Sunday evening over an e-​mail. When I tried to reschedule he told me I can come on Monday at 5:30pm, but then e-​mailed again and said the session will need to be shortened because he’s having a conference call?! He suggested to meet on Tuesday instead but didn’t bother to give me times. Later on Monday he wrote back again with 8am and 5:30pm as Tuesday availability. Obviously, he was trying to fill out the spots that most people avoid due to traffic. And since I wasn’t sure how long will it take again by the time he cancels the appointment or try to reschedule, I decided to just ask for a refund. Funny how he’s still advertising on Groupon, while hushing off potential customers. Some people just don’t have the knack for business.
