Noooooo… I really wanted to have good Mexican food. Let’s start with something nice. The lady who took my order and made my food was very friendly, offered to wrap things up individually, washed her hands before cooking, and was sweet in general. The not-so-nice aka, the food. I don’t want to seem like I’m a burrito snob because I’ve lived in San Diego and have made many trips to Mexico for delicious Mexican food, BUT I think even if I’ve never had such orgasmic food experiences, I would still not like eating here. I ordered the carne asada burrito, with no beans, and with pico de gallo(Yes, I was trying to get it San Diego style). It came with tons of rice, LETTUCE, and a few pieces of flavorless meat. They completely forgot the pico de gallo, which may have helped it. WHO knows! First of all, it was so weird that the lettuce and rice were taking up so much space in here. I mean isn’t lettuce supposed to be in tacos?(or not at all) Second, the meat had NO flavor. I ended up eating a quarter of it and giving the rest away. Sighhhhhh. Disclaimer: Due to not eating my full burrito, my hanger level may be affecting this review.

Delicious food truck! My go to lunch spot! There used to be a different truck in the same location called Cilantro. I like this truck better. The food has more flavor. Definitely a little pricey, but it’s authentic good quality Mexican food for sure. At one point they did punch cards, so on your 8th punch you got your meal half off. I love their Carne Asada tacos, mulitas, and their burritos! The burritos are as big as your head! I actually prefer them to Chipotle burritos and they are about the same price. The cheese is melty and everything in the burrito is nice and hot as opposed to Chipotle and they are more authentic rather than a chain. Their hot sauce is awesome. It totally compliments whatever you order. If you want to try something a little different try their torta which is a Mexican sub sandwich. I always see Mexican worker men coming here on their lunch break so you know it’s good! One thing that would make the place even better is if they served chips and salsa and nachos!
