Worst gas station ever. The owner/manager got mad cause my kids were being loud in the store and told me that they were disrupting other customers even tho we were the only ppl in the store. Then he got a attitude with me and refused me service. If I can save anyone time I would say don’t use this place for anything WORSTSERVICEEVERINTHEWORLD. HESHOULDBEPUTOUTOFBUSINESSASAP. it needs to get a 0 star rating. This place sucks bad. DON’T GOHERE.

In a triangle kind of intersection, easy to get to, easy to spot! Pump was easy to operate. The reward system connected to Safeway.

This place has cuckoo people working there. Don’t stop by around 10 Pm on a weekend! A worker, named«Tony», who lied and said he was the owner’s son, started yelling at me after I pulled out 10 expired milk containers. I told him I would contact owner and health dept. after he said, «so what?» AND«I am going to call police»…NON English speaker. I called to speak to owner and left message, but got NO response. I have called health dept., since. Most vendors thank their customers when bringing expired food stuff to their attention. This place does not care about you or your safety. I wouldn’t trust them with ANYTHING, including their gas. DON’T SHOPTHEREFORANYTHING!

I used Merit Chevron(2444156th Ave NE, Bellevue) all the time before for oil change — excellent!!! But… there is a new owner now — Matt. I came for oil change. Matt(new owner) didn’t say anything to me and tried to put full synthetic oil($ 85 cost) instead of regular oil cost($ 35). I noticed it and stopped him. The new owner(Matt) was arrogant and rude and start conversation with me about how little car dealerships pays him and he wasn’t happy, that he needs more money etc. Later he also tried to replace engine filter to make me pay more. I know that Toyota dealership(I have Toyota Prius) charge $ 60 for synthetic oil change. After that Matt start arguing with me that dealerships are not professionals and don’t know what they doing and that they are installing to the cars not brand names parts. Matt assured me that he worked long time and he knows better. . On my question«why do you charge $ 25 more for oil change compare do dealerships?» he’s behavior turned to rude. Ok… I know that this gas station give a discount to MS employe. I give Matt my employe number — he refuse to give me a discount and ask me for MS badge. It was my day off — I didn’t have it with me. I give Matt my name and ask him to check his database — it should also be there. He refuse to check. I told Matt that I have MS parking badge on my car(proof) and show him my proclub card — Matt refused to give me a discount anyway. Long story short — the new management(Matt) — greedy and trying to get extra money from you without you knowledge and agreement for it. I called it shameful, dishonest, untruthful and disreputable. It’s not the way to start business, Matt!

I rarely get gas here because it’s freaking expensive. However, if you’re in need of an oil change, especially if you happen to work at a certain large corporation nearby, it’s very convenient and delivers a decent value. I’d been taking my car to the dealer, waiting 1.5 hours, and paying a ton of money, so I decided to give these guys a try. They started on my car right away, and the waiting area has windows into the garage, so you can see what they’re doing if you’re that kind of person. They do the oil change, vacuum, and give you a coupon for a free car wash, all for about $ 30. I think there might be a small discount on a return oil change as well. The car wash was a little weird… you drive one wheel onto this conveyor belt thing, put your car in neutral, and let it go through. I freaked out when the car started moving and hit the brakes, but fortunately, there was an attendant to tell me what to do. Yeah, I don’t know anything about cars.

Ok… what is up with needing my zip code to use my credit card? This place is fine… it’s a gas station. The prices are high, but it’s right next to Microsoft, so it’s convenient. I’ve never really had any good experience with the staff or car wash. Also, it sucks because you really have to know the area well to be able to turn in… if you are not coming the right way on the road, you will get a nice 5 minute detour through the Uwajamaya parking lot. Oops, Lydia told me not to use the card… forgot. You know how I love the AMEX.
