try explaining to your boss how a 15 min coffee break turns into 30 min coffee break because the baristas talk entirely too much to each other and screws up your order… and why did my frap look like an ice coffee… the Barista calls my name as he is pouring my coffee out saying” just kidding I made it with 2% instead of soy! ygbfkm

I usually never have a problem with this Starbucks but today was so bad I just had to Unilocal about it. I ordered an iced lemon loaf for breakfast. The worker didn’t even get a piece from display like every other single Starbucks I been to. Instead she pulled a loaf from the back that was wrapped in plastic wrap. This is the most dry pastry I have had. It obviously has been sitting around for days, possibly a week. The icing isn’t even icing, it is crumbling off into pieces. What makes me mad is this pastry is overpriced and I expect to have good quality food for the price I paid. I remember last time I ordered this, I received a moist delicious loaf FROM THE DISPLAY not from the back counter. Very bad customer service and I am disappointed.

Used to come in daily for my coffee fix with the old employees. They knew my drink and never messed it up. Now you have a whole NEW set of employees under the new manager Andrew… And they have yet to get my coffee order right once!!! I will not be back. I’m giving them two stars for their early hours.

Somehow the old listing has disappeared. This is the Starbucks in the Overlake Medical Pavillion. They open at 5am which is nice but I don’t seem to make it over here very often. They always tend to be short staffed. Staff tends to be kinda aloof and not very friendly. Not my favorite Starbucks but works when I really need a caffeine boost…

An exemplary Starbucks establishment. Coffee drinks are brewed (or whatever you call it) quickly, and the staff are pleasant and attentive. after hitting this place for three days they already have my name and drinks memorized.
