I don’t even want to give the business a star. I went there for 4 years and always scheduled my appointments in the morning before work. I had to cancel for sickness or other reasons so I had a same day cancel and they decided to charge me 40.00 after the last time. I asked for a copy of my financial policy I signed in November of 2010 and it states the they would APPRECIATE 24 hours and will charge 40.00 for MISSED appointments. Well, I work in a medical office and a cancel is NOT the same as a missed appointment. Bridget the «office manager» told me I need to look up the definition of missed and cancel and hung up on me. Well here we are 4 months later and I am still getting a bill for that 40.00 so I tried to call and talk to Bridget and she just talked over me and was very condescending and she actually ended up hanging up on me. Dr Smith is a good Dentist and very caring But BEWARE of the office staff!
