I work in the mall as well this place is super convenient for after work nail visits. I’m bad I never make appointments just walk in and they can always get me in with no more than 20 min wait. I’m perfectly fine with waiting since I am the one that walks in and I don’t have an appointment scheduled. I started coming here after I got my acrylics off. My nails were so brittle and thin and I started getting gel polish. I come and get it done about every two weeks here. Even with my nails being so fragile they were very gentle. A couple of the employees give great massages and the others mediocre. Very reasonably priced. I will continue going here and the place is always very clean.

I would give it 0 star if I can. The manager that work there was rude. I make an appointment with one of the girl for my groupon, but they didn’t put it down on the book. The manager then told me it will be more than an hour before it was my turn as he continued to tell the walkin customers 30 mins wait. He was totally mistreated me just because I have an groupon and other don’t. He accused me of lying about my appointment and then just walk off. I wouldn’t recommend this place ad their service is extremely poor.

I had to request refund from Groupon. They never answer the phone and once answered, always not available for appointment. I would recommend to make an appointment then buy Groupon, if you really want to go there.

honestly I don’t think I’ll be returning a second time. I only stumbled upon this place because it was 7pm and all other salons were closed except this one and I realllllly wanted to get my nails done. Upon entering, there’s a lady that sits at the counter directing you and answer questions. Me and my friend wanted to get our nails done so we went over to the selection of polishes they had, which was very scattered and unorganized so it was hard to pick a color, and it was a limited selection compared to other salons. My friend picked her color right off the bat and I took a little longer but the same lady made me feel rushed lol so I just picked whatever. She sat me down at the manicure station and my friend was at the pedicure station. I got a male nail tech and there’s nothing wrong with that but when I was trying to make small talk to make time go by, he would completely brush me off and I’m just like «okaaaaaay…» And then immediately after, the same lady from earlier would just talk to him the entire time standing right next to me in Vietnamese. And it was weird and a little uncomfortable. I asked for oval shaped acrylics and after leaving I realized they were a little uneven. Soooo. Yeah. Decent place that seems clean but staff that talks to each other instead of the customer? Not coming back.

Upon entering there is no one at the front and when I said I had an appointment they just waved me in. They speak limited English and were speaking to one another in Vietnamese during the whole pedicure. They do turn on the massage chairs for you but you can tell the chairs are really worn and cracked. I got the Signature Pedicure with Paraffin Treatment and it was pretty basic — it took forever to dry and even then it still didn’t dry all the way. The pedicure was chipping within a day!

This is not a pleasant place to spend your time. Staff must be trained to be unfriendly.

Don’t buy their groupon deal because they won’t let you use on other services like many other vendors would. They were trying to sell their regular price deluxe manicure $ 35 to me when I showed them my expired groupon which I have $ 17 value to apply toward the same service. I have never pay $ 35 for manicure and I would rather pay $ 17 to another vendor for manicure, due to the attitude the man (not a lady) had at their reception desk.

To the extremely rude Indian lady who walked in demanding service in exchange for your EXPIRED Groupon. LOL I have never seen someone so disrespectful as you. The way you talk to people will not get you anywhere. Yes your groupon is expired and they have the right to refuse service to bitches like you. Your excuse of living far away and that you called three times and they were booked is NO excuse to behaving like a 12 year old brat. No one forced you to buy a groupon that is not in your local area. How if that their fault? They are busy af and that’s an excuse to yell at them and demand service? I’m sure if you were calm and asked them to take the groupon and explain your situation and was a decent human being they would be HAPPY to accept it. I kow because I’ve done it before! I’m glad they let you sit there and refuse you service. I would do the same. Also I was in and out of there within 20ish minutes getting gel nails. They always shape my nails so nicely. And for $ 25, as a student — this makes me happy (:
I’ve gotten acrylic nails from here before and they were always come out lumpy. Shellac nails are so much better !

I came in the other day with a friend because I happened to be in the neighborhood and needed to get my nails done. I saw the reviews before coming in but wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt… I should’ve listened.
My first impression of walking into the salon was that it was nice and clean. I was greeted by a man who brought me over to the table, he confirmed that I wanted a full set and got to it. I had to pull my hands back when he was cutting the length of the acrylics and asked him what he was doing and if he even knew what shaped I wanted. He goes, «okay show me what shape you want then.» Uhmmm what, okay. I told him I wanted coffin shaped nails and he just gave me a square shape. I asked him to file it down some more and he did. But it was STILL squared. He didn’t care to ask if I was happy with the shape, it just seemed like he wanted me out of there. He then pulled the skin down around my nail which hurt like hell!
He asked his other co worker to paint my nails which I thought was odd. I picked out a pink color and the lady refused to do it because she didn’t like the color. So I picked purple. The paint job was half ass and terrible. After she was done painting them, she goes, «You’re done, you can leave. We’re closed.» Lol what? So I go to the counter with my friend to pay. Of course my nails are still wet so when I pulled down my sleeve, her «amazing» paint job smudged. I showed her and asked her to repaint it. Her solution was to put over another top coat and to call it a day. They are so rude, I’m never coming back or referring anyone to this place.

I called this place at 12pm to make an appointment for 12:45. I asked how long it would take because I was coming in on my hour lunch break, they let me know a gel manicure would be 30 min. I called to let them know I was running literally about 5 minutes late. I get in the salon at 12:50 and say I have an appt they say okay sit down. After 3 minutes of nobody helping me (yes it’s only 3 minutes but it’s my lunch break) I ask again, is there someone here available to do my nails. Both ladies in there at this time already had clients. One of the ladies again ask me to sit down and then she said «she’s on lunch, she’ll be back in 15 min». I’ll never come here again. So little respect for my time.

I was in the neighborhood the day before Christmas eve and decided to get my eyebrows waxed here. I was a little worried about it being 2.5 stars but figured it would probably be fine because the bad reviews I glanced at were all talking about nail services.
The wait was a little longer than I wanted it to be, but I wasn’t surprised that they were busy right before Christmas.
I was happy that the ($ 12) eyebrow wax only took a few minutes and that the tech was pretty quiet (no socializing/​extra questions) because it gave me a chance to close my eyes and relax for a couple minutes.

I used a Groupon for a deluxe mani-​pedi. The extras included a scrub on my arms and paraffin for my feet.
PEDICURE
I look for three things in a pedicure:
1) thorough skin care (appropriate attention to calluses) — zero stars
2) quality massage — two stars
3) good paint job — five stars
I can paint my own nails at home, so I usually care more about the first two.
My pedicurist was very nice but she didn’t speak English. My main concern is that there was little to no attention paid to removing the calluses on my feet. Other than the gorgeous paint job, my feet looked exactly the same as when I arrived. She didn’t even use the grater to remove any dead skin. Also, while she spent a lot of time on the massage, which I appreciate, it was not necessarily a «good» massage. She was just rubbing my legs and feet without any pressure or technique.
The paraffin dip was fine, but it’s not like this is something that can really be botched, I guess.
MANICURE
I look for three things in a manicure:
1) quality massage — 1 star
2) good paint job — 3 stars
3) consistent nail shape — 5 stars
My manicurist did an ok job. The end result would have been amazing, except that one grain of sugar from the sugar scrub got stuck in my polish. I didn’t notice until I was all done, but it’s not extremely obvious. The massage portion of the manicure was very rushed, which was very disappointing. However, the shape of my nails looks great, especially since I came in with uneven nails.
OVERALL
Staff was courteous and facility was clean. The massages could have been much better, especially where the manicure is concerned. Considering we had upgraded to the Deluxe package, I would expect this to be up to par. The lack of removing calluses on my feet was a deal breaker, though, and I will not be back to this establishment.

Very rude manager. I was 7 minutes late for my appointment, I had to wait for 25 minutes. Me and another lady walked in at the same time — she had no appointment and she was served first whereas I had an appointment and I had to wait. The reason I was given for this was that that I was late for my appointment so I have to wait.

The most UNRELAXING pedicure I have ever received. First it appeared to be very unclean, next there was a TV on the wall directly in our faces and the volume was excessively loud. there were two very young boys that I’m pretty sure belong to the owner running around, being very loud and playing video games on their tablets and the volume on the game was also excessively loud. So between the loud TV, the boys running and screaming and the loud shooting sounds from the game, I was like «is this a joke?» Then to top it off the girl giving me a pedicure literally had her head turned around watching the TV the whole time. She poked me twice with her sharp tool and gave me a half assed massage because she wanted to watch «the voice». I will also need to refile my own feet tomorrow. I will continue my search for a good pedicure place. *Sad face!*

I, like many others, got the groupon deal. The groupon says you must call and make an appointment. One day I tried all day and no one answered the phone. The next day someone answered the phone and said they were busy and how about 5:00 the next day. She then put the phone down and I could hear filing. I kept saying «hello» and «don’t you want my name» then I finally hung up and drove there. They got me in immediately. Hmmmm. Too busy? Yet immediate opening? The mani pedi was fine. Very little English spoken so it was hard to express what I wanted. Long or short? I said long as I had been growing my nails out. He put the clipper super short and I said «no!» What the hell. They did a nice 10 minute massage and I had one doing the mani and another doing the pedi so it was pretty efficient. Nails look good.

This is the second times I tried this store. The first time is two stars as they do did the job even all the people inside the store look depressing and occasionally rude.
This last time I went it was horrible. They were doing it as if they are just going thru the motion. It didn’t seem they care if they are doing a good job. I spent two hours for both manicure and pedicure which I think I can do a better job than they did. What a waste of my time and money. Working in the nail salon must be a depressing job.

I so wish I can give zero stars to this place we made an appointment for three people and arrived. The lady at the reception said there is appointment only for two and was very rude. We tried to explain that it was a mistake on their part but she kept arguing that she cannot do. She went inside and got another guy who said the same thing I was so shocked at their careless attitude and we all walked out. I immediately cancelled the Groupon deal I got. Their work is mediocre and very poor service.

Quick awesome and pretty perfect!!! I recently but all my nails off and they made them not look like I was a five-​year-​old.

I have been here twice so far, and they have been pretty great!
The salon is clean and updated (definitely doesn’t have that weird old 80’s feel), and their prices are good/​affordable for the eastside. I haven’t tried acrylics here yet, but it looks like they have lots of different designs to choose from, if you’re into that.
I got Shellac done last time I was there, and I am really happy with it! They have the most shellac colors to choose from (compared to the 4 or 5 nail salons I have been to in this area), and they keep updating their collection with new colors every few weeks. I think the girl doing my nails was new at applying shellac, because another girl kept checking on her and giving her tips in their language. Nevertheless, she did a wonderful job! They also didn’t charge extra to add glitter, like every other nail salon does.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because only one of the girls there knew how to speak English, so sometimes it was a little awkward and silent lol. Also, anytime I would ask for something they had to call the other girl over so she could tell them what I was saying.
But overall, this salon, is so far the best one I have been to on the east side with a good price point, cleanliness, and final outcome. :)

They do the work, its not great or exceptional but they do what I paid them for. Their manner is very brisk, not very friendly but not rude. I go there for waxing only, I don’t know if I would have a very relaxing experience on the spa side.
In short, mediocre, not bad if you are there, but not worth going out of the way for. Groupon always.
