I was in there at 11:50 am. They had the door wide open. I walked in and no one greeted me even though they clearly saw me. The guy comes out and says they don’t open until 12. I was like, can I place an order and come back to pick it up when you guys are open(which was in 9 mins by this time. The guy goes in the back and sends out a white guy. I tried ordering the mee krang something. I know it doesn’t come with broth but I asked specifically to order extra broth on the side. The guy walks back and talks to the cook. I can see and hear everything through the small window. All I wanted was an extra order of broth and they said they couldn’t do it because the mee krang something didn’t come with broth. Such bad customer service. Never going there again!!!

My new favorite Thai restaurant nearby! I picked up some Thai food at Rice N Spice today and it was quite the treat. Great flavor, perfect amount of spice for me, warm and fresh. Last time I got Thai food somewhere else it was so far from what I ordered, I couldn’t even eat it. This is going to be my place from now on. I was impressed. Super tasty and friendly staff! Prices are average to higher but the serving size is generous. I’d rather pay more for yummier food anyway. Give this place a try next time you’re in Bellevue and looking for thai food.

A-OK is the perfect description for this meal. It was nothing spectacular, but it wasn’t bad either. The one good thing about this place is that when they say spicy, it’s actually spicy.

Dude, food is good. I am no Thai food expert but what really makes or breaks a place for me is customer service. They are AWESOME. Always nice and accommodating and so far every time I have ordered it has been quick and completely painless. They are the best option around here for sure. I would not hesitate to come back as frequently as my budget and taste buds allow, that’s for damn sure. Thanks for being awesome guys.

I always love ordering this food for my guilty pleasure cheat meals! I always get the pad Thai but I’m sure other meals are great too! Recently tried the fresh rolls and loved those too!!!

My favorite Thai restaurant yet! Everything here is delicious. Bonus points since they deliver. What differs them from any other Thai place is that they have roti here! I don’t know if that is traditional Thai food but I don’t care, it is sooooo good with their curries. The only thing that sucks about this place is whether you dine in, pick up, or ask for delivery. there is always a long wait. But that obviously means its that good!

Very good and inexpensive. Small lobby. A lot of people get take-out. Complementary lemon water! The broccoli delight is delicious for less than $ 11.

I love this Thai place more than most. Their service is always very friendly and they are prompt with getting your food prepared. Their pad Thai and pad see yu are amazing! Not greasy and the perfect amount of spice with a 3 out of 4 star every time. Plus they deliver!

I’ve come to this restaurant countless times. One of my favorite dishes us the chef’s special phad kra pao. I always take this with an extra fried egg. The only problem I have with them is the fact that they don’t serve green curry and I love green curry. Plus I can’t picture a restaurant that is thai and serves red and yellow curry but not green curry. Their menu is pretty extensive and don’t be fooled by the choices listed on the boards. Take a look at their menu for contents and for more choices. They also do catering and their largest trays are 10 to 20 dollars cheaper than what I’ve seen at other thai places. So that is a good deal. At lunch time they have good lunch specials. It’s a separate menu though. Their lunch combo is served with pad thai and salad

Fast and friendly service with tremendous flavor and great menu options. Over our multiple visits we have tried the Woon Sen Phad thai, Larb Gai and Pumpkin Curry. Each has been fantastic and makes for great takeout options. Will return again.

Food: Pretty good. I got the garlic delight and it was delicious. Not way too garlicky or oily like some other places. Brown rice is extra :/ Owner is quite friendly. Nice takeout food. Not great for dine in.

It’s always our choice when we want good food on days when we usually get a little lazy to cook! we love the gravy curries in their menu usually. But this time we ordered Zion Chicken and Roti. We loved the combination. The price is reasonable too. And now we can order food on Unilocal so that’s an added bonus. The approximate time they say to get the order ready is always accurate. As we stay just a block away, we prefer take away. It’s always best for delivery and takeaways rather than Dine-in as its a very petty cozy place :) and during peak hours you might have trouble finding a parking spot as there are other stores like panera bread, subway, Bev-mo, Dominos, etc., Overall, a good place with good food at reasonable prices. Thumbs up!

So I’m a little disappointed in the food. Phad thai was ok, the fresh rolls were put together sloppy, and the Phad se eww, well it was definitely eww. My Phad se eww tasted like it was brunt. The Thai iced tea is overbearing with ice. Don’t bother asking for it without ice, they’ll still only fill your cup halfway. You would think because it’s in Bellevue it’d be a high quality Thai restaurant.

This place is kind of like the Thai equivalent of Mod Pizza. Good Thai food at a decent price, but not great. I ordered the drunken noodle with chicken and 3 stars to go. I think I need to go to 4 because I had to add sriracha(lots of it) when I got to the office. Yes, I keep a bottle of sriracha at the office. The curry was good, but didn’t have much depth to the flavor. Tasted a little curry, then not much else. The rice was good. If you need a quick hit of Thai food for lunch at a decent price this a good place. If you want excellent Thai food, try a different place.

DONOT i repeat DONOT order catering from them!!! We used to order from them all the time. But when I called to order from them, they told me that they now automatically include a 15% gratuity on anything over $ 250. Meaning I was tipping them $ 150 to drive 2 blocks? No hell no. They refused to work with our budget and they fail to disclose the auto gratuity and price changes on their website. On note of the food… The pad thai is always dry, tasteless and gross in my opinion. Then Zion chicken is all flour little chicken Employees have reported that when eating in at the restaurant they get hair in their food

I used to order from here all the time, until they took my money and didn’t give me food. Paypal was not any help, they also get a 1 star. Feb 5 — They confirmed my order by email when I ordered online. They called me and told me that the wait would be 1.5 hours instead of 40 minutes like it stated. I said that it was too long as my lunch would be over by then, so they said no problem, we’ll cancel your order and not charge you. ANDOFCOURSE they charged me the full $ 38.49(that includes tip) anyway. I called and of course, no one answers, I went to paypal and disputed the transaction, and they are not being any more help. It’s less than $ 40, but it’s still a sour taste and makes me beyond mad. *ugh* Never again!

if it were a bar it would be a dive… But don’t let the transient nature of this joint fool you… They are cranking out some serious grub out of this kitchen. I opted for the pumpkin curry(four star spicy) with phadthai and jasmine rice lunch special. Big hunks of kabucha pumpkin grace this dish, offering a sweet starchy goodness that thickens the coconut curry and helps it cling to the beef swimming in the slurry. The pad Thai offered little flavor or texture… I added it to the curry to offer a vehicle to get more curry sauce into my belly. Warm and yummy I felt as I passed out for an afternoon nap afterwards.

Amazing amazing and amazing!!! I come here often and usually order crab wontons, pad see iew, panang, pad Thai and mango sticky rice with sesame seeds… Everything is just DELICIOUS. They have consistency and I can always count on them to have good food enriched with flavor and just the right amount of spices. I love love love eating here. It’s always so good!!!
