Pizza Hut

Horrible experience. Needs better management and direction. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they can never seem to get it right. Young kids working there. They need better training.

Who ever was making and baking the pizzas tonight I hope your management sees this because yall did an amazing job tonight!!! We ordered delivery and our pizzas were cooked to perfection along with the pastas.

The area/​district manager called me & offered free food or coupons. I declined both & merely encouraged a coaching opportunity for the poorly operating location.

I’ve only lived in the area for a year now but I’ve ordered quite a few times… I haven’t had any of the wait time problems everyone else seems to be mentioning here, and the quality is what I expect and have had from other pizza huts… Average

Pizza hut attempted to contact me twice to talk about my poor experience here. However, there is nothing that would make me go back and I have not been back since my last experience. There are too many quality pizza choices at comparable pricing to deal with poor service and mediocre quality.

Ordered 5 build your own pizzas online for a get-​together. I ordered them at 9:30AM day of and wanted to pick them up at 11:00AM (carry-​out). I arrived at the store at 11:10AM and was the only person in the store from when I arrived to when I left. I finally paid for my pizzas after 11:15AM (they were still making them when I got there). I was not impressed with the wait time since it was morning and no-​one else was even in the store. Had I been in more of a rush or arrived at 11:00AM, when I said I would, I would have been more unhappy to have the wait, when there was no need for one.
I was glad that they checked each pizza with me before letting me take them to ensure I got what I had ordered online. However the quality of the pizzas themselves was sub-​par. The new flavor crusts are a great idea. But on the pizzas that I ordered the Hut Favorite and the Garlic one the flavoring was in green globs on the crust as if they had quickly put on some flavoring with a thick consistency instead of brushing on something evenly.
The service was ok at the store. They were nice, but were not interested in helping me get my pizza as fast as they could since they were behind time.
Overall, I’d rather go somewhere else for pizza next time.

Absolute poop. Waited one and a half hours for a large pizza and breadsticks and when it finally arrived the breadsticks were burnt, and the pizza cold. I live 10 minutes tops from this store, shouldn’t take you 30 to get here. Figure it out Pizza Hut.

My family and I don’t order delivery very often from Pizza Hut. We decided to have it delivered this week as typically Pizza Hut in bellevue has some of the higher quality pizza in town. However on this occassion is took them about an hour to deliver the pizza. The pizza was cold and they were less than generous on their toppings. which is unlike Pizza Hut from he past. They were always a little more expensive but never skimped on the toppings. since this was our first less than satisfactoy experience I will absolutely give them another try. When they get it right their Pizza is typically pretty good.

Too slow. Takes over an hour. I live like 5 minutes away but still took them an hour for delivery…
Pizza is good sometimes. Pasta was good last time but not this time.

This Pizza Hut did not disappoint starting with the friendly wait staff who took my order. The buffalo wings and $ 10 large any style pizza was more than enough for NFL watching with some friends.
