We have been repeatedly disappointed with the service at Optical Solutions of Bellevue. Several months ago we ordered glasses and were told it would be a few weeks because of our insurance. I Knew this was true and wasn’t the optician’s fault at all. However, after the projected date came and went I called as was told they had been delayed in transport. This went on for weeks until I finally got a different person and it was discovered that the order HADNEVERBEENPLACED. OK, so about a month later that was resolved but I wasn’t happy at all. We got a perfunctory«we apologize for any inconvenience» but it was obvious they didn’t care. Now fast forward to this month. We ordered glasses on the 13th, we were assured that the glasses would be ready in about a week or 10 days but certainly before this Friday when we leave on vacation. I call back today and they are not ready they are hung up in transport. They will, hopefully, be ready on Monday, so sorry for the inconvenience. Monday is after we leave town. Also, the person who helped us was not pleasant or patient with my daughter and we felt that her day would have been better if we’d never come in. The only thing she did well was upsell us into more and more expensive lenses, which we would really like to have. We won’t be back. Other than to pick up our very expensive glasses much too late. Sorry for the inconvenience.
