For a small/medium size company where different people use different computer types, Net-Tech fails. If the Video department uses different pc configurations/software than the Auto-shop, forget Net-Tech. They will hear what you want, then install whatever *they* want. When you complain, you will hear how *they* work. Everyone needs identical PC’s, and any problem with hardware is swapped out with a different PC with the same exact configuration, the configuration *they* chose. As for what PC you need for your job? Who cares? Net-Tech has techno-geek expertise, but customer service is not a menu option for them… that is not how *they* work. With Net-Tech you are just another brick in the wall. And you pay with your bottomless checkbook for the honor.

We have a service contract with Net-Tech, and have had a great experience over the past few years. They’re very helpful with all of our IT projects, whether it be desktop support or planning for an upcoming migration/upgrade. Jeff is very customer service oriented. We’ve used them for helpdesk support, server maintenance, and software upgrades. They’re quick to respond and very helpful. Like most IT consultant services they’re on the pricier side, but for here and there support plus 24⁄7 emergency response, I’d say it’s worth it.
