I never consider going to any other place. I’ve been going to MQF for over 5 years and always have wonderful help. The finished product has always been just what I wanted. One finished picture wasn’t quite right and I brought it back to have a larger frame done. I expected to pay, but there was no charge… they just want you to be happy.

I was getting a canvas of the planets framed for my boyfriend’s bday and I had never gotten any framing done before so I was clueless. I first went to Aaron Brother’s for an estimate and they quoted over $ 150 for non-custom framing. I went to Museum and the ladies there were super super helpful and friendly. The price was much more reasonable than Aaron Brother’s and the quality was amazing! They did a really great job. I would highly recommend them if you want quality, friendly service!

MQF is the best place I’ve found in the Seattle area for high-end framing. It is expensive, yes, but it is fully custom, they have a huge selection of options, and the staff’s expertise is top notch. They are artists and designers, and can suggest ways to frame your precious pieces in ways you never thought of.

Had a few pieces done here and the quality of work is generally good but it is expensive as I’ve found Michaels is a better value when using sales and coupons. What turned me into a never coming back customer was I picked a frame I really liked for an acrylic painting which they later said was out of stock. I decided to wait a few months for it to be back in supply. When I eventually got the piece my wife and I noticed the frame didn’t look right. The antiquing was bad and the color was different. So I took it back to the store and the lady said she’d let me know what they could do. She didnt call me the day she said she would and when I finally find out how they will resolve this they offer me two choices: either keep this frame and get ½ off the price, or they’ll remove it and we start the process over. It was a lame offer. How is it a good deal when the whole point of a frame is to look nice? No discount was offered on reframing it with another frame. I didn’t ask for it — perhaps I should’ve but I don’t know what percentage I would’ve asked for and its not good customer service if you have to negotiate for having your order handled well. I left with my art in hand unframed to have it framed elsewhere.

I love doing business with this company. Every experience I’ve had over many years has been excellent. Recently they helped frame a piece of childhood art and it turned out beautifully! I highly recommend!

I had a fabulous experience getting a soccer jersey framed here. They managed to turn it around in less than 3 days and the finished result was perfect! Fabulous service from start to finish and they gave me a range of options at different price points with no pressure to go for the most expensive combination. I will definitely return for other framing needs.

If you have something of value you want framed, go to Robin at Museum Quality Framing. She is super nice, really knows her stuff, and obviously loves what she does. We had three valuable art pieces framed recently, and she worked so hard to get the matting and the frames just right. She was excellent at working within our budget, and does not do any kind of high-pressure talk to get you to upgrade your choices. I will definitely be back!

I went in to get a couple of frames for a characture sketch I had done. Robin was excellent to find the appropriate frame for me and was able to get the sketch cut to size and done in a couple of hours. Excellent service!
