I never spend more than 3 minutes here… Because my order comes up that fast. Reliable, insanely fast, and friendly.

We came to grab a quick lunch it was my first time ordering from Jimmy John’s and let me tell you the guy that was in charge of taking my order was totally rude and unhelpful. I was trying to order a sandwich for my 2 year old and the guy taking the order refused to add onions to his sandwich. He told me they couldn’t do that. I even offer to pay more for the onions. I mean really it’s onions you’re not going to get fired. Once I was done I did ask if the sandwiches were to go and he said yes like I should know that already. I would have loved to have a little more help while ordering it’s not like there was huge line behind me at that time anyways. Basically the end result is that I will never go back to Jimmy John’s because of this experience. It’s just a sandwich and not the best one I’ve ever had.

Ridiculously fast service! I work on Factoria Blvd and always get my sandwich within half an hour. The craziest experience was when I ordered at 11:41am and the sandwich showed up by skateboard at 11:53am. The sandwich is just a sandwich, and it needs some additional flavoring. Even just a little salt and pepper would be great, but it’s just very bland. Sometimes when I add avocado, it’s just a tiny smear and definitely not worth the money.

This particular location is pretty quick. They just do sandwiches and have big potato chip bags. Everything is pretty processed there, so don’t expect anything organic. All their sandwiches are pretty standard and I personally think they can be filling. One thing to note is that their catering sandwiches versus their restaurant sandwiches are very different. The catering one’s are smaller portions and cut smaller. They have a lot of headcount there and I’ve had a few different delivery guys come to my office. If you’re looking for something quick or quickly delivered to you, this is a viable option. Will order from again.

Ordered online through my login. I have only ever had sandwiches delivered to one single address but somehow this only time it seems my address was changed a few blocks away. I got a call asking our address and saying we were out of their range. I apologized not know how I’d accidentally managed to change my address on my account. He showed up, rudely requested to speak to me to «explain what she did wrong» not realizing I’m the one who ordered and I apologized for the mixup. He kept explaining they don’t deliver to my actual address. He didn’t seem to get it. Another location usually delivers and they are all polite and quick. We order from Jimmy Johns every day. Thank god its from another location. Thank you for your patience JONATHANDIAZ. TGIF

This store opened taking over my previous Jimmy Johns delivery area for me. When they answer the phone, which is pretty much never, I am greeted to a stoner baked out of his mind who can’t even complete my order let alone take my card info. When I do manage to get my order in it still takes longer than the Jimmy johns that previously served me because all of the new stores drivers are on bicycles — oh that also means they cant/wont deliver fountain drinks so be prepared to pay $ 1.50 for a 12oz can of soda should you be thirsty. Guess I am stuck to ordering pizzas from on now.

The sandwich was great. The oatmeal cookie was… very stale and hard. This is the second time. I called the manager and he said, microwave it! And, «Ya, they go stale fast plus no one orders them so they just sit here and go stale.» He also said, «A lot of people complain they’re stale.» He sent me a new cookie, and it was fresh and delicious. So, two stars for that and the sandwich. But, if you know this is a problem, why don’t you only give your customers fresh cookies? This is a penny smart but pound foolish way to run a business. Here’s an idea. Don’t serve your customers stale cookies. If they’re stale throw them out and take a loss, don’t serve them to save money. You serve stale cookies knowingly. I don’t like stale cookies but more so someone trying to pull one over on me and I bet other people don’t either.

I order lunch here for the office many times and more and more I am not satisfied. Today’s issue it took about an hour to get it, so much for supper fast service. When I went to enjoy my tuna fish sandwich the bread was all soggy :(not only that but every tomato on it had more yellow then red. Sad to say I think I am done with this place.

I believe wholeheartedly that this business has every intention of great customer service and good food. However, the sandwiches are just average. They do the trick but you get what you pay for. Every now and then you can bet on stale bread and a funky tasting sandwich. Best of luck to Jimmy Johns and their employees. Truth be told however you don’t want to order from them too often it’s easy to burn out and the taste is unpredictable. Meeh.

Jimmy, I am disappoint. Today was a sandwich disappointment day for me. I usually head to this Jimmy John’s whenever I have a sandwich craving. Today I decided I might try to save a buck and head to Subway for a $ 5 Januany… long story short neither of the Subways I visited were participating. What a sham. So I decide to cut my losses and head to JJ’s because I know I can get a great sandwich. Unfortunately, I was disappointed today. I ordered the sandwich and it was made with the speed I expect. Fantastic! I grab my sandwich and head home. Hungry and disappointed about Subway, I get excited about biting in to my Italian Night Club with peppers. First bite… hmmm…bread seems a little hard. I think its just in my head and go in for the second bite. Hmm, still hard and not the softer chewy bread i’m used to. I fight through half of it and give up. I unwrap the«butt» end of the sandwich and tap it with my knuckle, rock hard. Fail. At this point I am sitting here eating top ramen while writing this review. Hopefully this is just a fluke for this location as I hope to be able to count on this JJs to provide the consistent experience I need when i’m craving a sandwich.

Poor customer service experienced that was not even close to the level of other locations. I hope they improve a lot and maybe someday I will try it again, but not for a while.

Mehhhhhh I came here for their $ 1 sandwich day, and I got the Vito(Italian sub) and added hot peppers. My sandwich was not very flavorful at all. It was so bland and cold. Sure, it was just a dollar, but still, the quality shouldn’t go down the drain even if the sandwiches are super cheap. I was not impressed at all.

Yum! Working at Bellevue Square mall I knew I wanted something different for lunch and remembered that Jimmy Johns went around the mall a while ago giving out samples. Boy am I glad they did. I knew Jimmy Johns was great, I knew they were quick, but I didnt realize they delivered to the mall before now! I ordered my #9 and had it in just about 10 minutes delivered to my work. That is fast, it has taken me longer to get food from McDonalds on my lunch breaks before! I even joked with co-workers that next time we need security at the store, I will call Security first, then Jimmy Johns second so we can have the extra good guy in the store we need in a quick fashion :) Now on to the food, the sandwich was great and had a great amount of toppings. The toppings were flavorful, well spread out and had the right amount of spices and veggies. It looks like paying for extra cheese, got myself an extra layer across the whole sandwhich, but for only an extra 50 cents, this is not a horrible value as many fast food joints charge more for just a slice of processed stuff. The only thing that was not the best was the chocolate chip cookie. It wasnt bad, just for the price, I could of had a bigger, freshier one from the Nordstroms eBar. Overall, I will for sure order from Jimmy Johns again and love knowing that I will have a great sandwhich delivered with a smile faster then it takes some stores to realize you are even in their store!

Jimmy John’s, I was all wrong about you. I thought you were like Subway(not a compliment), but you are not. You are much better. My first time trying Jimmy John’s was when I grabbed a leftover sandwich from another team’s meeting at work. It was a tuna sandwich and it was love at first bite. The bread is super soft and the tuna salad has a good consistency. I like the plentiful veggies including cucumbers and sprouts. I don’t typically eat sprouts, but I willingly make an exception here. This location is the one by the Bellevue Transit Center. There is a second location across the street from 24 Hour Fitness if you are closer to that side of downtown Bellevue. I did again try the Totally Tuna(#3) with cheese. It costs 6 bucks and a penny. About 50 something cents less if you don’t want the extra dairy. Thus, they are pretty affordable and in line with the Potbelly down the street which has a similar menu and pricing. Comparing Jimmy John’s and Potbelly, I have to give the edge to JJ on taste and service. The bread is the difference maker in regards to taste. Though both make great sandwiches and I don’t think you would be disappointed with either in that regard. Service was swift as I got my sandwich in 5 minutes. Staff was not super friendly, but that is fine with me as I prefer speed over style. Ambiance wise, this JJ is nothing to look at. Potbelly has better dining ambiance, but I find their ordering process to be more complicated than it needs to be. If you are looking for a quick and great tasting sandwich at a reasonable price, Jimmy John’s is the place to go.

I love me some Jimmy Johns. The unwich is genius and they deliver! I eat here at least once a week! My favorites are the Country Club & Vegetarian unwich. A little over priced for a sammy but, it’s honestly worth it! Don’t forget to try they’re huge pickles! nom nom nom…

One of the best sub/sandwich shops around anywhere! When Jimmy’s opened in this location several years ago the strip mall was empty and dying. Now it seems to have picked up and has a buzz. The sandwiches seem to all be priced below $ 5.50 and are all very tasty. I cannot argue with stale bread issues, or mustard over mayo — but the sandwiches are great. Really! The only way you can get something fresher is to make it yourself. REALLY!
