First off, this store is beautiful and is really like a showcase for all these beautiful pieces.
This was my first time to the Bravern Gucci and I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and level of customer service.
I wanted a specific clutch I had seen online, but they didnt have the color I wanted at their store. So my salesman offered to ship it to me and I would have it by Saturday.
There ended up being a mix up with the shipping so my salesman ended up hand delivering my new clutch out to me at my work. Now THAT is quality customer service and that is what makes customer continue to come back to you.
Beautiful location, huge store, easy/​convenient/​free parking, great customer service.

A gorgeous Gucci store in the Bravern shops in Bellevue. This store is absolutely lovely with gorgeous, creative window displays, impeccable handbags, shoe and more. The service is attentive and the merchandise is pricey… but, it is GUCCI!
