I enjoy this store. I like that they greet you and then let you wander. If you have questions they are very helpful. I got often just to see what they have. Really worth your while.

I was absolutely ignored in here.
I couldn’t get anyone to take my dollars.
Ignored. Completely.
I had seen a piece through the window but didn’t have the time to go check it out that day so I went back in a few days later ready to BUY it — there were two workers there talking to themselves & moving around the store, but neither said a single word to me. After wandering the store for awhile (after I had been standing by the piece I had intended to buy), waiting for them to acknowledge me — I decided I wouldn’t spend my money there, even if they finally deemed me important enough to glance my way or offer an «is there anything I can help you with?»

I have both sold and purchased quality consignment items at this fantastic consignment store. The owner and staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly.
The store has a great reputation for carrying quality items and it is arranged very well. Their website is also fantastic… easy to keep an eye out for what you are looking for from home.

Sold our English Sideboard for $ 525 on 10÷29÷11. Deducted $ 210 commission plus a $ 127.50 pickup fee (we live 30 min away). We received a check for $ 82.50 for our net proceeds on 2÷6÷12. After these charges, our net was 16%. You decide.

Good-​looking quality consignments. I particularly liked the oak furniture, Asian folding screens, and an Italian desk. The merchandise is well-​arranged — it doesn’t overwhelm.
Seemed reasonably priced.
The staff was friendly and ready to help, but not pushy.

Love it! Hiromi, the owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with from both sides of the transaction, seller and buyer. They will arrange pick-​up/​drop off of items from/​to your home. I sell all my gently used furniture there and have been very happy to buy a piece or two from them as well. They have an excellent software/​accounting program and will often keep slow selling items longer than they say in the contract to keep the floor well stocked and give you ever opportunity to sell the items you have in their stock.
My dining room table came from there and will go back there to be resold a third time when we leave this house — Wooo Hooo!
Really a great shop.
